I am pretty sure that Milind wants to tell Prachi that he wants to start a family, and does not think that she is pregnant already (due to the C-night)....he does not mean to say "let's not use precautions" because since they are already husband and wife, they really don't need to be using such measures...he means to say "i love you so much that i want to start a family with you and grow old with you"

she may already be pregnant and she may not be....but as far as Milind goes, he wants her to know that he hopes she gets pregnant

i don't think we should read too much into the situation

Sorry...can't help myslef...as being married....one only thinks of starting a family...and speaks to the spouse too..if they are taking precautions😉...and if they are not...then its a given fact...they are ready to start a family...😆
