Prachi was carrying a handbag before she got into the car.But it was missing when she came out. It was on her right shoulder if I am not wrong.Was not very obvious cos of the light colour.So I think we can expect Neev to turn up at the hospital 😡

Not that I disagree, Basanthi, but trust takes time, a long time to build and takes a very short time to destroy. I buy KavvyAnjali rather strange twists because Kavvya had known his mother since he was born thus the love and trust (who won't trust a loving mother completely?). As for Michi they simply need the time which they don't have yet, and they receive such tremendous efforts from outside (and from inside) to shake their relationship so strongly. It's only natural if the existing trust doesn't make it.
So sad hearing that Shabbir is actually going... Sooo sad. This changes everything. The crappy must go on and be completed. Milind will leave shattered and heartbroken. They simply couldn't think of a better, dramatic exit for Shabbir. Maybe Alaap will even manage to steal his business and money while he's in Turkey, just to complete everything. After two long, unbearable months Milind return for another revenge, and this time he'll mean it. And he'll hate Prachi's SECOND daughter/son without knowing that the child is his own. How could you, Shabbir... (a big, heartfelt good luck with the shooting, though)
