After getting the mysterious call Prachi goes to the hospital to visit Neev and she was very worried when the doctor came and say to her that because of injuries in Neev's head he has become mad(yes he is not sensing the truth😡)and Prachi sees him shouting sarcastically and Prachi ask the doctor to open him and they open when he took out a knife points at Prachi and she was scared and runs from him and he chases her makes her fall down and pierce the knife on Prachi stomach and frighten Prachi touch it and feels that the knife was fake and Neev was playing a prank on her and she cried and Neev wish her"Happy Birthday Prachi"and "I Love You"and he hugs Prachi(it was a funny scenes but sparking chemistry between jay-panchi😳😳ekta pls don't break them😭)
note:neev was looking hot with the thick stubble which he did not shave
Amrita back with her Tuesday illness where she sits at the window and ask Ayesha whether he will come or not and Ayesha comes to her having tears in her eyes when the telephone rang and Amrita ask Ayesha to pick it up because she thinks it would be Inder and Ayesha having tears take the phone and it was Prachi who called her and invites to her for her birthday at first Ayesha refused but then she agrees and hangs down the phone and wonders what will she do with her mother and she said she will locked her and go and also wonder what gift should give to Prachi

Ayesha goes to Prachi and brings her aside and Prachi ask what happened when Ayesha gives her the present and Prachi takes it and opens it and said its very beautiful and Ayesha tells her that to give this present she wanted to give it to her alone but then she said maybe Prachi don't like it as she used to have rich presents Prachi tells her that the present she gave to her is precious and will be always close to her heart and goes on saying that if the the present was close to Ayesha's heart why did she give it to her which Ayesha replies even she is special to her and Prachi say that maybe they had special blood bonding last birth and Ayesha teases her were you the one who wanted to suck my blood last birth and both Prachi and Ayesha laughs and Ayesha agrees that they do have special bond(both sisters bonding were so beautiful and touching😳😳)
Ayesha ask Prachi what is her special gift and is given by who which Prachi replies everytime in her birthday her father gives her the surprise gift and what her father gives she accepts as he is very special to her and upon hearing this Ayesha felt sad that she don't have a father like Prachi to shower all love and someone calls Prachi to cut the cake and both Ayesha and Prachi leaves
Prachi cuts the cake and first she feeds Inder then Ayesha and Neev thought that Prachi going to feed him but she feeds Ayesha first and Neev was jealous(poor neevu did not get the cake😆😭well younger sister should have the right first before husband😳)then she feeds Niharika(i wish girl you feed her cake with poison😡)and takes ashirwad from Dadi and Inder gives her the present and it was a diamond ring and tells Inder that its so beautiful and she loves him alot and best dad in the world and Ayesha was feeling very bad and sad that she don't have a father like Inder and moves away having tears in her eyes and Inder sees this and goes behind her leaving Niharika watching it
Tomorrow:inder goes to ayesha consoling her and niharika watches this hiding and wonders with a evil smile.....prachi comes to ayesha house and it was so dark and she sees ayesha mother and have tears in her eyes....the voice over says prachi goes to amrita house will she now know s that ayesha is a sister or there is something else store for her
