today is "WORLD HEALTH DAY"

its world health day today. good health continues to remain a priority with most of us. but many of us lead hectic lifestyles with severe stress and,often the pressure take itsstroll on our personal health. we spoke to sanjeeda shiekh to find out which is her weak health spot and what she does to keep the problem area in check.

SANJEEDA SHIEKH: working 18 hours a day is not a joke.it leaves

you stressed and tired. it is why im very

particular about my diet and sleeping habits

i make it a point to visit a gym to stay fit.

iam also particular about taking a head and

body massage because it helps me relax

completely. between shots whenever i get a

long break i listen to music and try to sl eep

power nap is one of the best way to relax.

it refreshes me completely and eases the

physical and mental pressure
