SANJEEDA SHIEKH: working 18 hours a day is not a joke.it leaves
you stressed and tired. it is why im very
particular about my diet and sleeping habits
i make it a point to visit a gym to stay fit.
iam also particular about taking a head and
body massage because it helps me relax
completely. between shots whenever i get a
long break i listen to music and try to sl eep
power nap is one of the best way to relax.
it refreshes me completely and eases the
physical and mental pressure
