Milind shouts at Ayesha.
MILIND:You spoiled my son's birthday party.
Mohini:She did'nt do any mistake.No lady can stand her lover's ex-wife.
MILIND:How can you talk like this mom?I don't love Ayesha.Prachi is still my wife.
Ganga:Milind bhaiyya is right.
Ronit:Milind bhaiyya and Prachi bhabhi are made for each other.
Ayesha's eyes are burning.
MILIND:How do you know Prachi personally?
A:We both studied in the same college.
M:Ayesha...don't be sad.One day Milind will realize that you are better than that bas***d Prachi.
Milind raises his voice:Mom..Never call her bas***d.
M:I will.Because that is a fact.Prachi is a bas***d.
Unexpectedly Rakesh raises his voice:Enough Mohiniji.Don't dare to call her bas***d.She is not a bas***d.You want to know who Prachi's parents are?Then listen to me.I'm her father.
All are shocked.
Anirudh:What are you saying?
A:Dad...please...
R:No.I have to reveal the truth atleast now.I never knew that my daughter Prachi is suffering like this.For me, my Prachi suffered silently.Not anymore.I did secret marriage with my beloved Lalitha since my parents did'nt give us the permission to be one.Prachi was born.But we lost Lalitha soon.My parents forced me to remarry a rich lady called Vasundara.Since my business got failed i needed money to recover.So i was forced to leave Prachi in an orphanage to remarry.I knew Om and Parvati.They adopted Prachi.So i was happy that my daughter is in safe hands.But i'm sad that because of me my daughter is treated like a bas***d by her inlaws.Now my daughter is suffering because of her own sister.I'm a weak father who is not able to control my spoilt daughter Ayesha.She is staying in another man's house to win over him.
A:Dad!
R:This is too much Ayesha.
Rakesh leaves the place.Ayesha is very upset.
She thinks:My own dad and my lover are against me because of Prachi.I'm ashamed of the fact that Prachi is my sister.

Manthan is irritated in the dining room.
Prachi:Why are you irritated Manthan?Have food.Only you are left.
M:I'm in a bad mood.That stupid KT.I hate her.She scored more marks than me.I will not leave her alone.
P:KT..KT...KT...you don't have to say anything other than KT?Why are you always thinking about KT?KT's marks..KT's dance..KT's music...always KT.
Bhoomi teases him:He is always thinking of KT.
They both laugh.Manthan is irritated.
M:Stop it.
B:Just chill bro.I was just joking.
He thinks:That's true.Why i'm i always thinking of KT?I have many other things to do.

Valentine's day...
Prachi gives some files to Shiv.
S:Good work Prachi.
P:Thank you sir.
S:Today is Valentine's day.Lover's day.I'm throwing a party.You will come no?
P:Sure Sir.

Party...
Milind and family come.Then comes Prachi and family.Prachi has worn a beautiful pink costume.
Shiv:Today is lover's day.Let us celebrate love.
Shiv starts singing 'Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai Subha Hai
Tu Hi Din Hai Mera..'looking at Prachi.He is walking around her while singing.She has a sweet smile on her face.
Milind is becoming uncomfortable.
Shiv gives the mike to her.
S:Sing along with me.
P:No..i can't...
S:Try...
She is shy.She sings a few lines.
S:Good.
She gives the mike to him.
Shiv continues singing.

Shiv takes out a diamond ring and looks at Prachi.
S:Prachi..i love you.Will you marry me?
All are shocked.
P:What are you saying Sir?
S:It's not a joke.I really mean it.I really want to marry you.
Milind is tensed about Prachi's reply.

Shiv:I will give you whatever you want.Diamonds...gold...rubies...
Prachi:With diamonds and gold you can't win a girl's heart Sir.Through diamonds and gold you can get only a girl's body..not her heart and soul.
Milind is relieved.He thinks:I always thought even you loved me only because i'm rich.But i was wrong Prachi.
S:I love you Prachi.I can give you a lot of love.I will never let your eyes to be wet.
P:I'm sorry Sir.I can't.
Ayesha:Why not?Because you want to snatch my husband from me?
P:Ayesha..i told you before also.I'm not interested in your husband.
Milind feels upset.Ayesha looks at Milind with an evil smile.She whispers to him:See..your beloved does'nt like you at all.
P:Shiv Sir..you are very nice.But..i can't..i don't believe in love.
S:Why?
P:I feel love gives us only pain.
S:Why do you think like that?You have any such experience?
P:No.I did not have a boy friend.I'm not married.But my mind tells me that love means pain.I don't know why.
Milind tells in his mind:Your painful past with me is haunting you in your unconsious mind Prachi..That's why..
Shiv is upset:It's ok.I can understand.Don't worry.
P:Thank you Sir for understanding me.
Though everyone leaves the place after the party Milind remains there.
Unexpectedly Milind holds Shiv's collar.
S:Milind..are you mad?
MILIND:Why did you propose to Prachi?Don't you know that she is my wife?
S:She was your wife.But not now.When she was your wife you could give her only pain.That made her reach this stage.Your mother wounded her heart for being an adopted daugter.But my mom won't do that to her.Because i'm also an adopted son.
Milind becomes silent for a few moments.
MILIND:Prachi does'nt love you.
S:Yes.But that does'nt mean that she loves you.I will wait for her.She will come to me.
MILIND:Never.She is only mine.I have full faith in my love.She will get her memory back and come back to me.Wait and see.
Milind challenges him.
Shiv smiles:You love her that much?Where was your love when she need your support the most?Where were you when your mom tortured her mentally?
Milind is petrified.He does'nt know what to say and he leaves the place.
Shiv smiles.

At home.
Bhoomi is angry:Why did you reject such a nice man Prachi?You did a foolish thing.
P:I don't know why.I don't know i can't love Shiv Sir.
B:Why?
P:I don't know..but Bhoomi..there is a man in my dreams.
B:Who is he?
P:His face is veiled in my dreams.
Bhoomi thinks:Thank God.If she falls in love with Milind jeeju she will have more pain in the future.
P:But when i see him i feel pain.I don't know why.
B:Stop this nonsense and think about your future with a practical mind.
Prachi is silent.

Prachi sees rain falling while walking on the road.She swayed in the rain.Suddenly somebody holds her hip and pulls her closer to him.She is scared and looks at him.That was Milind.She is shocked.They both look into each other's eyes deeply.Milind's fingers move through her wet hair and face.Suddenly she moves away from him and slaps him.
P:How dare you touch me Mr.Milind?You thought i'm a loose girl?But i'm not that type.I never ever thought that you are such a dirty man.Poor Ayesha.She got an unfaithful husband.That's why she is suspecting me.
MILIND:Listen to me before shouting at me.Do you know who i am?
P:I don't want to hear anything.I don't want to see a dangerous man like you.
She runs away.Milind looks at her with pain.
MILIND:Though i'm trying to be near you,you are moving away from me.Come back Prachi.After you went only i understood your position in my heart.
