Yep, since it's a village she lives in and most people are superstitious around.. and also for the fact that her father is not with them... not easy to find a match. Believe me many girls go through this in India though they might not have as severe problems as Prachi has.

but yet she agrees to meet them for marriage without complaining for her mother's sake..gud girl ..nice character there..

There are a couple of reasons behind why he chose her. Bua is a marriage broker, and she knew PL. PL obviously has been trying to get Prachi married.. so had given the pic to Bua to find a boy for Prachi.
Bua had wanted to give only the rich and well known family girls' pics to Milind but by chance Prachi's got in to the bunch she gave.

Shubs, happy birthday. It is an interesting plot although quite a common one in many south indian movies. I dont believe in astrology. We do not see birth charts. I recently came to know that I am manglik when one of my colleagues showed me how to get a birthchart from the computer. I got one for my hubby too and it seems he is manglik too. So though we did not see any birth charts at the time of marriage we ended up together. Even if one of us were not manglik I would not have bothered as I still do not believe in them.
