Niki, you will laugh if I tell you why I chose "21". You know Lord Ganesha loves 21 "khadubus (a kind of sweet)" on his birthday. Somehow that number came into my mind and I used it here!!

P.S. I hardly pay attention to lucky numbers and stones.. Never could make connection with such things in my life. However I love the number 7 for there are 7 "sur", 7 colours in the rainbow.. etc.. just feels special.

Yes Shubs I did read this fact about Lord Ganesha somewhere, actually I think 21 is associated with Lord Ganesha in other ways too - I think!!
Likewise I don't have a lucky number as such either, but I like your reasoning behind liking number 7 - it is special!!!

Mmm...Shubs, I've noticed whenever u start a FF, you always bam out the blue, end it. Should I expect that with this FF as well.

Buas name was Pavitra in the show.

Read the opening chapt. Good start Shubs. Btw, what is Manglik?? Does it mean misfortunate/unlucky or something. I've heard this term in one of the serials, but can't remember the exact definition. I love Sukku and Milind relation in all ur FFs. 😊 I feel so sorry for Prachi, she seems so real and somehow I can relate to Prachi anxieties about her own future marriage.
Thanks, update soon.

Yas,
In vedic astrology, they make this natal chart and assign different planets based on the birth time/date. If the planet Mars (mangal in sanskrit) is in certain places (don't know exactly which place) the person is termed manglik. If one is manglik it's believed that the marriage wouldn't go well and may lead to divorce or even to the death of the spouse...

It is said that this problem can be outcome by marrying a tree or something before marrying a human. Do you remember there were rumours that Aishwarya married a tree before marrying Abhi. I don't know how true was this, but Ash was said to be manglik.

Actually in South India they have another belief- if a girl is born with a star called "Moola" they say the father in law's life will be in danger. So, they try finding a home for the girl where the FIL is dead already. I don't believe in all this..
In fact my mom was of this star, but my paternal granddad was happy and healthy for two decades after my parents married. He died a natural death at the age of 85.

happy birthday Shubs,

We are the one who are suppose to give you a gift and here u are gifting us a ff...thanks a lot for that
Very interesting story, feel bad for Prachi, hope that this will be the last guy that comes to see her... to be completely honest with u, this tradition really ennoys me...i hate the fact that a girl has to dress up and all....
Glad that Milind chose Prachi among all those pictures, wonder what maked him pick her...

Thanks once again for the ff😊

Edited

i hope this wont end as fast as the other...

@Yas, I am happy you love my Miliind-Suk relationship. In fact this is something I so wanted to watch in the soap. They made Suk one dumbhead and they hardly showed us any cute bro-sis scenes. Bro-sis is such a cute bond- that's why I try to write about them as much as I can.

Yes, Prachi has a lot of fears with the wedding. That might cause a lot of issues in the future.

Thanks Shubs for the info. I had no idea about these rumours about Ash. I've also seen in some serials, where a woman is arranged into a marriage with this ruch industrialist because according to her horoscopes, she could prevent the guy's death, ensure his good health. Not sure what that belief is called.
Shubha update soon, the concept is very interesting.
