I also feel the House in which Ayesha was shown living belong to Ranvir.

I don't think anything is going to happen. The precap is misleading just like the Mallika wala precap. As for Dadi's illness, I think her illness will be revealed on Monday, so Prachi/Bhootni will have to shift to Dadi's room and Prachi/Bhootni will have to do seva of dadi dearest and can't refuse to take care of her (P's) dadi otherwise Bhootni's cover may get blowed. Bhootni will fail again in her plans. 😆😆
