HA-HA !No suprises for me here....this awards are always given to the stars essaying roles in high trp gaining serials.....2 yrs before aamna & Prachi desai were nominated for best actress...i thought PD wud win it hands down coz at tht time everyone were showering her wid praises for potraying bani effortlesslly in such a young age...but aamna won...last yr wen i thought divyanka deserved it PD won....so prachi was nt rewarded during the golden period of KS but she got it wen the serial has turned out to be utter crap....simply becoz KS was the longest running serial with high trps those das...remember last yr Shabir was nominated...this yr he wud've provided kymt had gud trps...
so nomination of bidaayi ppl are nt at all shocking...frankly speaking Harshad chopda only desrves it & if he's nt goin to win this time ITA can RIP(i'm nt being biased also)....wow! divyanka xcluded frm best actress .....very funny
Shabir has never been acclaimed enough for Milind's role...maybe award committee can only imagine in casanova roles like rishi coz wenever KTH was on air rishi had won some or the other award always!

Yaar jyoti, your getting it wrong, these are not nominations by the ITA jury, these are nominations for the popular awards, that means the ITA people haven't gone by talent or performance, they've just gone for those who are popular with the audience, who the audience have voted for..... So obviously there'll be a disparity of talent with nominations there as the audience chose these people....

Now the JURY awards, that is whats important and frankly speaking, CREDIBLE... Over there Avika Gaur (Anandi) has been nominated for best actress.... And other greats like Sakshi Tanwar and all are also nominated. Hussain, I think, has been nominated for best actor... unlike in the popular awards....
