excuse IFy..but Prachi didn't leave Milind and her family for Proteek. Please don't say things that aren't true.

Yesterday i was all sympathy for the guy. But today's epi really surprised me. The fact that he is a seized the opportunity that presented itself so quickly...scares me. It didn't take him too long to make up his mind about having Prachi pretend to be his wife. He was way too quick in that. I mean a guy who is just mourning his wife's death and came home broken...didn't open his mouth to clear the misunderstanding..but in a matter of minutes he was not only ready with a plan to pretend to be married to this stranger...but also to convince her very tactfully to do him this favor. I found him very manipulative in that scene where he was asking Prachi to reconsider. He used her helplessness. And i don't trust a guy like that who will work him brain that quickly. And he said that he doesn't know her story...but he did hear her saying that she is married already...so he undermines that and asks her to pretend to be his wife...he is least concerned about where she is coming from what she's been through and what he is asking of her. And very happily adds that she'll always be like his wife's little sister to him. Why not his little sister. Why didn't he say he'll think of her as a sister. But a wife's sister is convienient for him to fall in love with at a later point.

And the way they showed that he went to such extreme to get her some flowers...i don't like it...he is definitely a psycho in the making. But he has no idea...no clue that he is dealing with the wife of a bigger psycho than him. Let my Milind come Proteek...you will cry for ever thinking of his wife as anything other than your sister.

I doubt that, my guess would be that creative just poorly executed that scene and dialogues. Because, if he had strange motive or evil intentions, five years would be awfully too long a time to make his move, really. ...But then again a psycho's method (and patience) is a mystery.

Magno dear i didn't say that he is a psycho..but he is one in the making. All silent lovers on television and in movies do turn negative when they don't get their love. I am instantly reminded of Prithvi from Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai and what do you know..Sandip Sikand was responsible for that show too. Oh i see it totally going that way. Proteek dear is turning into Mr. Psycho soon.

I don't think so that makes her very much marraigeable in his opinion. I was talking more about the way he convinced her to be his fake wife...you also used the right word for him...opportunistic...and that quality can be dangerous. I was talking about how his brain works. he is surely turning evil the minute he finds out about Milind. Yeah right that'll have to be seen on how long Milind will take to come back because to be honest if Shabbir is ill for long creatives might just go ahead with Pro Pra wedding because as you said she can't one fine day tell her child she was pretending in the absence of the biological father. And Prachi didn't name her son after him. His son is named after him. Prachi's son in named Subroto Dasgupta obviously the title of father is held by this very man so yes he is Subroto Proteek Dasgupta. Yes its normal for a man to fall in love with a girl he is pretending to be husband of if she is like Prachi...but the fact that he is one of those silent lover types...give me the creeps. and why should she give a defnite time period for the fake marriage...when this was a way for her to support herself and her child. What she supposed to do after giving birth to a baby and having Proteek claim to be its father...one fine day she'll tell her child that they were just pretending and go away taking her son...to where? Remember she has no intention of returning to Milind and she is expecting Milind to have moved on and not be looking for her. She is not expecting to meet Milind ever again in her life.

She is not expecting to meet Milind fine.... was she expecting nothing out of life then? Has she no intention of EVER living on her own? Did she commit to act his fake wife for a life time? I simply have failed to see Proteek's father till now so the man is dead why not redeem yourself now. But I'm sure it's too late as the whole family have bought their bunch of lies. It's amazing how Prachi never thought of it all in the long run she's happy and content to live with the Dasguptas living a farce..... And even if they had to lie just lie to the old man the whole family wasn't ailing or were they all on the brink of death? I fail to justify Prachi's actions here there was simply no need to lie to the whole clan.

Munee if they had confessed the reality of their relationship to the other family members barring the Dadaji, would they have accepted Prachi in their house??? They would be "why did you bring this stranger to our house!!!" This is just an assumption...

The only option in this would have been to either pretend as Proteeks fake wife... that would be her way out or get outta the house....

I would've preferred if Prachi had imposed some limitations to Proteek... seeing as she was doing a favour of him, perhaps summat like when the Dada gets okay, they'll have to stop the fake wife drama....

I dunno, I'm just confused on what to think!!!
