GD, a one year old cannot speak! For all you know it would be the child who will unite his parents. For that we need a smart, talkative kid atleast 4 years old.

Opti i don't think thats the reason for the leap. The supporting cast also works in other shows...Baba and Dadi are in Kasturi and Pranay went missing because he jumped into KIT too. So i don't think there is any exclusive contract per show...i think BT just contracts with them on episode basis. Or atleast they get paid on episode or days of shooting basis.
I think Ekta once said in her interview that she hated wrapping up shows because that would leave a lot of people unemplyed for a period of time and even if most do find work elsewhere, there is always a few that don't. I think BT gave work to the extensive team of KIT (wiht Gosh so many actors)...whereas the KYM team is not that huge in comparison and they are already working in other shows (like Baba and Dadi in Kasturi) and Jay in reality shows, Sanjee in KDMH. And it would be easier to accomodate the few who are left in short cameos elsewhere than to employ the whole brigade from KIT separately in various shows. IDK..i think i am giving too much credit to Ekta and her company.😆

But honestly i liked the actors in KIT , except the leads. Given the right roles, they are performers. So i hope this new family is not made to look like they just ran away from circus like the KIT family looked.

JC as I admitted I do not know the hire and fire policy of BT so I am just making my own conjectures. I may to be totally off the mark but I really do not like this idea of a leap now, especially the way it is shaping up. They seem to want to give a new definition of friendship between married people. Not interested in such crap.
