I fully agree with you there. Whatever be our grouse with Ekta, I admire the way she selects the cast of her shows. I could'nt think of anyone better to play each of the roles in KYM as the existing group of actors. Jay and Sanju in their negative shades were a revelation indeed.

I'm comparing both the actors because I object to certains things...in fact Its because I dont like the comparison that I spoke out...

Am sorry but I did find your first comments in this thread a tad upsetting Rims, your making out that all the michi fans are big bad wolves whose mission is to trample over Jay/Neev. If your talking about trampling over actors, than i think by far Shabir has been the most scutinised tv personality in Kayamath, be it on his appearance, the amount of footage he has got in the show, there are many bitter people out there who have not left any opportunity to trample and bash shabir simple because the MiChi love story has been appreciated a lot. Reg Jay, just because I may not openly praise Jay and i am a MICHI fan, does not make a me a hater, its though you are insinuating that if one does not openly praise Jay, he must be some threat to Michi fans. Thats a big misconception you hold. If your talking about hurtful comments pointed towards Jay, than let me tell you I myself have reported a few threads to the mods that have crossed a line of bashing against jay.

Rima, I was among the people who faulted Neev getting out of a loveless marriage. the reason was not because I did not want him to lead his own life but because of the time he chose to walk out on that marriage. When Ayesha was already making her advances on a PA struck Milsi why make it easier for her to achieve her goal? Why did he not walk out all those months when he felt so stifled in his marriage? He walked out only after he came to know that Prachi had left him for his own good and not because she was in love with money. This made people wonder whether he harboured any hopes of getting back with her which he did as was shown during the holi celebrations. How can he even imagine a married woman leaving behind her husband for him, especially when he is aware of the extent of sacrifices she made for her husband's family and the fight she put up to save her marriage when it was on the verge of breaking? How can he be so naive to think she will be happy with him? And even after his marriage to Ayesha was over he continued to stay in Milsi's house which irked many including me. One can always blame it on the creatives but one goes by what one is shown.

These comments should not themselves be judged as if the vast majority is against Neev. I have been very critical of Milind and Prachi although I love Michi to the core. That does not mean I dont love them, only that I cannot stand to see them be an impediment to Michi. Likewise it is with other characters too.
