mallika comes down the stairs and welcomes her guests. michi and neesha enter the party and mallika greets them. mallika asks prachi if she can steal milsi away from her for a while so she can introduce him to some some investors, prachi says she can but only for a while. mallika comments on how much prachi loves milsi and michi gaze at one another. mallika hooks her arm onto milsi's and walks off and ayesha doesnt like it one bit. ayesha comments on mallika and neev states that she is jealous. ayesha tells neev to be quiet if he wants to stand with her and she walks away with neev looking on...he finds the whole thing amusing.
mallika introduces milsi to investors and she says that she will make the announcement of their partnership...milsi sees prachi standing alone and he tells mallika to start the announcement without him and he walks off to prachi. mallika doesnt like it. milsi asks why prachi is alone and she says she is fine, he asks her to stand besides him while the announcement is made but before she can answer ranvir comes and comments on how good michi are looking together. ranvir and milsi talk about the past and ranvir probes him on whether he has forgotten anything that happened in the past...milsi is adamant that he has remembered everything. mallika comes and tells milsi about the announcement, milsi asks prachi to come with them and mallika is annoyed. prachi declines the offer and ranvir volunteers to keep prachi company.
mallika announces her partnership with milsi and she opens a bottle of champagne. she asks milsi to say something. milsi talks about how this project is his dream and he thanks his family, his baba, god and his prachi. he talks about the importance of prachi in his life and announces how much he loves her. prachi blushes and mallika is seething with jealousy. milsi walks over to prachi and takes her to the dance floor, they dance to Bahoon ki darmiyaan. while michi are dancing, mallika is looking at them. ayesha notices mallika gawping at them and warns her off milsi saying that he is only prachi's. malliks retorts that she has always gotten what she has desired and she walks off. ayesha resolves to keep an eye on mallika.
neev gets a phone call from shinde and is told that ranvir is the owner of the car. neev is shocked.
michi are talking and mallika is looking at them, ranvir comes and congratulates her on the project. he mentions that milsi is the highlight of the evening, mallika talks about his personality and how impressed she is by him. ranvir reminds her that milsi has a loving wife. mallika gets annoyed and says she was talking about business and she walks away in a huff. ranvir thinks that he can use mallika to create a wedge between michi.
michi are talking and milsi tries to romance prachi, but she rebukes his advances and says that she is hungry and they both go to eat.
mallika sees milsi and touches his arm, milsi turns and says that he thought she was prachi as she wants to go home. a waiter walks past and spills some drink on milsi by accident. mallika shouts at the waiter and tells milsi to change in her dad's room. milsi declines and says that he will get changed once he gets home. mallika says that she needs to introduce him to a few more investors and that he needs to change. she pulls his arm but milsi wont budge. he looks around and mallika assures him that she will tell prachi where he is. ayesha sees them leave and wonders where mallika is taking milsi.
