And as her and Omi bhaiya were there at the same spot.. hope Adhi sees her abd saves her.. or will he think kavya was all fit and fine and only Omi went to crash..

May be that is why he will start hating her

I think, Adi will hate her because he will be made to understand that Kavya was responsible for Omi's death.

Looks like Kavya coming back to Pradhan house to save Adi's life and to make him believe that she did not kill Omi, for which he hates her now.

I think, there is something Kavya knows about Adi before her accident.

Looks like, Kavya will be pushed out of car and then the car will fall from the cliff and blast.

So, it may look like, Kavya jumped from the car before the car fell from the cliff, which may make Adi think, Kavya killed Omi.
