Absolutely the way Omi explained in detail was sooo much needed to bring awareness to the society. The way he said how such people are treated n considered in the society. It was an eye opener. That's why this show is something different from the normal ones

This was the reason when Kavya was asking about Alka's desires to be a mom, all were warning her not to interfere in their matters. Coz they have all suppressed Omi to keep the matter secret and it's ok even if the society thinks Alka has the problem in her she is not fit to conceive
