If they as parents do not know about their child who else will know. For sure they are aware and they have been hiding this from Adi. Basically I didn't understand why Giriraj was forcing Alka to do tubectomy when already the society has come to know that Omi is impotent. The move taken by Kavya by placing a baby in his arms to bring the warmth n joy in Omi's heart was commendable to make Omi stop Alka do the surgery

Giriraj was forcing Alka because he can later prove everybody that it was a false news (may be he was framed by opposition for politics) and the real reason is Alka..

Dont think, Omi will turn positive so soon. He will still be afraid of going back to jail and get punished. I think, Giriraj/Anurag will blackmail him and warn him Adi already knows the truth, then he will do anything to save himself and in turn Anurag (not to forget Anurag's intentions to destroy this family, he would not want Omi to escape here)..
