Adi is already hiding Omi's dark secret from Kavya for too long now. So now whenever Adi discloses it to Kavya or whenever she finds out about it herself, she is going to part ways with him. As long as Kavya doesn't know Adi knew the Omi's involvement, even if Kavya finds the truth behind Navya's case, its ok. But, it will not be so straightforward, Monty/Giriraj are there (may be even Omi/Alka well) to create that misunderstanding between Adi and Kavya for sure..
