Very true, Monty will get the punishment but Omi may not be set free. He may get lesser punishment and then he will change completely..

Ideally that should happen, otherwise not sure how can writers justify him go free when he has tampered evidences and innocent people died due to his negligence and it did not happen without his knowledge..

I think, misunderstanding between Adi and Kavya is unavoidable here. Monty/Giriraj know very well Adi is her biggest strength, and they will definitely try to separate him from Kavya.

Hopefully Adi stays alert and saves their relationship/trust even if he is misunderstood by Kavya/Bansals..
