I think, chddha sir and/or malini pradhan may play some important role here. There are less chances of kavya surrendering, expecting malini pradhan to enter the scene, when kavya meets giriraj next..

Kavya just needs to go n tell girirajs wife that her husband has put forth such a condition to her.

I really hope so as Malini was herself an IAS officer, she is not some bechari naari..

As for Chadda sir she has shown immense support to Kavya and is also aware that Adi is not some killer & somehow is a victim in this whole situation..

Till now Kavya always used her brains to solve any problem. We will have to see what Kavya does in this situation that too with a limited time period..

Even I think Kavya will agree to Giriraaj's conditions for the time being. But kavya is not a looser so we can expect her comeback soon.. But surely it will be a very emotional ride with lots of drama and twist & turns..
