Shah Rukh Khan to endorse Diageo

Liquor major Diageo Radico Distilleries today said it has appointed Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as brand ambassador for its premium product 'Masterstroke Deluxe whisky'.
"Shah Rukh Khan reflects the brand values of Masterstroke, a commitment to perfection, superior quality and new trends," company's Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan said in a statement.
The endorsement deal was finalised through Carving Dreams Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, it added.
"Shah Rukh is a master – the best in his field. Like Shah Rukh's meteoric rise to superstardom, Masterstroke too is destined for similar heights. Shah Rukh Khan is known and loved across India, and his endorsement will help the brand connect with today's India," added. Asif Adil, MD, Diageo Radico Distilleries Pvt. Ltd.
The deal for 'Masterstroke Deluxe Whisky' with SRK was finalized in association with Carving Dreams Entertainment Pvt. Ltd headed by Bunty Bahl.
As brand ambassador, the King Khan will play a key role in brand and product communication on television, in print and outdoor media.
