Even after two days at Lilavati Hospital, nothing has been confirmed as to when the Big B will be ready for action.
As doctors confirm that there's nothing serious about Amitabh Bachchan's illness, it is not yet known when he will be discharged.
Shootings have been rescheduled and appointments cancelled as everyone's waiting for Bachchan's recovery.
According to a source close to the channel, shooting of 'KBC 2' has been cancelled because of Bachchan's sudden illness.
"We completed the last shooting as per schedule on November 25 and 26, but the next slot which was scheduled for December 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been cancelled," confirms the source.
Apparently the channel is waiting for the recovery of Bachchan before the shooting is scheduled.
A spokesperson of the channel says, "We have around 13 episodes in the bank. We do have plans of shooting for special episodes for December but nothing can be decided now.
We have to wait and see when Mr Bachchan can resume shooting."
All plans for the special episode for New Year's are still in the pipeline and the channel is awaiting the green signal from Mr Bachchan. After Hours wishes the Big B a speedy recovery!
