Well, considering it's Aarav that's brought them closer in a way, I can see why the writers are going this route.
Can't say I like it, though.
In the OG show, Kaan was a big part of the show, but Onur and Shahrazat were the main characters and holy smokes, their chemistry.
This show isn't about Aarav; it's about Katha and Viaan as a man and woman. A man and woman are flawed in their ways and have trust issues and how they overcome that. The woman being a mother was just one shade of her character, so It's getting a little frustrating,
Especially if they are going down the route of getting married for Aarav because that is not what the story was or should be.
They got married for themselves but gave a vital place to the child and made sure he was comfortable with the idea, but it's because that's what they wanted.
