My fave show was Dahleez on star plus (surprisingly) . even that was not perfect and the end was messy, but it was strictly a finite show. The channel decided on a certain amount of episode ( however much they can afford with average/low TRP's) after the alloted episodes, it ended. This prevented the storyline from descending into chaos.

Sony needs to try this approach. Instead, their shows fall into two categories;

1.) if Ratings are low, they end it abruptly (moh moh ke dhaage)

2.) it becomes a rating success and they milk it until it dies (EDKV, KRPKAB)

But i think since katha jas specifically told she dont want to interact with viaan directly so viaan donthave any option. Aarav missing track, and now probably party track etc are the reasons makers trying to give us their interactions.

Apart from this i guess, katha dodo scenes and viaan teji scenes can be added to show their changing feelings i guess.

Why can't they give typical ITV cliche scenarios like getting stuck in a lift together or something.. ek do episode aaram se nikal jaayenge aur thode interactions bhi milenge..

I doubt Viaan will get drunk especially with Katha around when he is so frightened of her every time she is around 😆. He'll probably be the last person to get drunk considering he doesn't wanna do more blunders around her LOL. I think the dance might just be something that they all may have planned for Jeetubhai as a surprise and Viaan was probably in it out of respect for Jeetubhai. I know it's kind of out of character but that's how I am going to reason with that scene if they show him dancing. Otherwise let's see how everything we've seen in BTS is actually played out.

Whatever I saw in the BTS and that no entry joke especially, mujhe bahut out of character lag raha honestly.. Why does he have to dance to show ki woh badal raha hai?? I'm still waiting to see if it makes sense in the episode.. hopefully it does 🤞

Do Viaan and Katha talk about that night ever afterwards in the OG or no? I really want a scene with both of them breaking down in front of each other talking about that night wherein Viaan feels the guilt and Katha feels the pain once they have feelings for each other but can't look past that night.

They do talk about it in OG but not in that sense..like explaining each other's pov or dissecting what they were feeling

Unfortunately the mention of that night only comes whenever they have fight or some issue. Its like they never moved on from that night. It kept haunting them.

However i wish we can see them talking about it in hindi version.

I'm too frusrated with the lack of progress to think about Viaan's sudden change but yes I do think dancing is out of character. someone like him can't go from serious to dancing just like that. He may be drunk or aarav inspired him. Hopefully it would make sense.

Maybe writers realized there is too much ehsaan so they are giving us a break in the form of Viaan dancing. I don't know

On one hand, I love seeing Addy dance. 😂 It’s cute. And if I were to think for Viaan, it’s sweet to see him be so open.

BUT…

I don’t really know if it’s very realistic, in the way that it doesn’t necessarily align with his character and personality. This is a guy who has repressed his emotions since childhood. He is a self-professed introvert, and in general, he is more of a serious guy. And as Jitu bhai said to Katha, he hates being “in the spotlight” and likes to show his care and love in a more discreet manner. I’m not sure if a guy like him can so suddenly jump to being in the spotlight, that too on the dance floor with so many girls around him.

I get that Viaan has greatly changed throughout the show. He has become softer to people, and therefore, more lighter as a personality. But does that change the core of his character?

Perhaps I’m jumping to conclusions by just seeing the BTS. Maybe he was drunk during that dance, cause then I do understand the basis of him dancing. But if not for some reasons like that, it just feels a bit too sudden. That’s just my opinion.

I think we should hold our opinion till episode airs because there can be many scenarios to it. He could be drunk, he could be genuinely happy for father figure like jeetu bhai, he could be happy after knowing aarav is katha's son and he liked him and ehsan is chik chik uncle, or katha had something to do about it like she jad requested him to dance on everyone's demand or he was happy seeing her in dress he chose for her..... there can be many many reasons.

So there is no point of discussing whether it suits his character or not because we are yet to see how it all carries out. And i think he seems to be in good mood in general because befor jumping into a dance, he was already grooving a little to "no entry" as we saw in bts.

Haa yaar.. Kitna kuch dikha sakte hai office mein like u said stuck in lift, katha not getting cab back home viaan helping, car breaks down both stuck in sunsaan road, both unknowingly go to get coffee same time and so many more..... My god maine kitne itv cliche scenarios bata di but it works every single time.... They just have to show situations bringing them together everytime....

Makers please hire one of us.. We will give you better scenes... 🤣🤣
