what did she say about the harassment thing? i think she said one of your employee (Viaan😆) exploited her mentally, physically and emotionally. so make sure that employee should not work with her directly. Toh indirectly Viaan ko bola project se nikal jao.🤣

You know there are somuch discussions going on in the main forum page whether it was rape or prostitution or what not. I didn't comment in that thread purposely .

But i am really happy after watching this BTS video where makers hv motioned that incident as a kind exploitation or harassment . For God's sake it was not rape. Prostitution word kahan se aaye mujhe samajh mei hi nahi aaye. God pls no.

To some extend even i will call it work place harassment. But when consent is involved court mei bhi kuch prove nahi kar sakte.

Physical i think involves touch etc like Vian was holding her at airport

I don't think it can be termed as sexual harrasment when she agreed to it

I also didn't want to comment at the main thread but it was none of the mentioned scenario and the afterward actions of Vian like taking her to Dubai ,bothering her for answer and going to her place etc can be termed as harassment

But ons can not be termed as harassment because once she agreed to it (for whatever reason )

It becomes a transaction and if she had a mazboori which only she was aware of so it can't be termed as exploitation

Honestly Vian jaisa boss i would never like to have bcoz of obv reasons and cheap proposal

But Katha jaisi high on righteous path but low on commonsense employee bhi i will never want to have
