It's like pushing someone to the HELL. She is a project manager. She should speak up for her rights. I think she doesn't want to have a confrontation with Viaan, just ignoring him.

Exactly!! She has an upper hand right now. They are very desperate to have her back so least she could do was tell about Aarav and his health. Its not some small frivolous issue. Her son just went through cancer treatment. So she just adamantly going about work without even trying to tell about him is something I am not able to connect to. I mean I am not able to sympathise with her that she has to go through so much pressure. Because she is herself choosing all this by hiding the truth from the company. If she had told them and they were still putting that pressure her frustration would be understandable

Fear of losing job doesn't seem to be the case as Earthcon needs her desparately. Amd it would look bad on them for throwing out a lady struggling with her son's treatment. I don't know what made her agree to Viaan's craziness. At this point nothing should be more important than Aarav for her. Moreover she seems extremely talented. She can get any other job also

The original had the same loophole. I agree with what you are saying. Yes she needs the money. But if she is being harassed so much in her current job, would it not make sense for her to look for another job and quit this job? Also why can't she tell the truth? If she had told the truth and had Viaan fired her, then she could have sued the company if that was allowed in the contract or simply quit and work freelance till she got a job.

I guess the makers will stick to the original and she will always have trust issues with Viaan and only Viaan even after the truth comes out. In the long run, this flaw of hers is going to cost her dearly.

Tbvh, Katha's superhuman abilities is making me lose connect with her.. I mean it's not like I don't enjoy her character but woh ekdam ITV ki FL ban rahi hai in my eyes 😆 Problems share nahi kar rahi, kaam bhi ekdam perfect uska without any mistake, Arabic kya seekh rahi, Viaan ke crazy stressful deadlines kya match kar rahi, Har project related issue ka instant solution hota uske paas.. They are showing that without her, this project won't be successful.. Then why not show her taking advantage of that fact and make the company help her with her other issue which as you said is not a frivolous issue at all... But no 🤔
