don’t expect logic from ITV 1. Background check wasn’t done (still acceptable) 2. The condition he had put for Katha is unethical and he could be jailed for that. (It’s a serious issue in real world, I know a case where a manager scolded his team mate and she complained about it to HR. FIR was placed against him and he took his life writing a note that “those allegations were not true since she was a girl everyone believed her so he ended his life”) In shows they romanticize these and we watch it. 3. Okay question- such a big businessman, can he not do something like a background check of his employees? Or is that an itv trope as well?
