Part 22:

Kasturi had always had a fear of heights, Robbie knew this and took kasturi's hand into his. And sat quietly deep in thought of how to handle Robert.

Kasturi took great comfort from that small but touching jesture from Robbie. Kasturi squeezed his hand trying to convey how much that small jesture meant to her. In her heart she knew that Robbie would hand Saberwal Enterprises to Robert Barr because he couldn't see past her, and kasturi was in no way ready to let anyone take her family's company away from her mom. She would have to find a way to contact Robert Barr herself and put an end to this. It was time to close that whole European Chapter in her life, and then shayad her and Robbie would have a chance at a future that they had dreamed together. God how wonderful it was to finally be complete again. Kasturi knew she owed Robbie for her lost memoires coming back to her, kasturi's heart swelled with emotions thinking about Robbie and their past. Kasturi shook her head thinking get a grip girl. But what could she do Robbie was one of those men that you are lucky to meet once in a lifetime, truly unforgettable.. and she looked out her side of the window, and tired to get some rest.

Robbie tried to steal a glance at kasturi sitting next to him, and it was very hard to not just sit there and stare at her. For so many years without you kasturi has left me thirsty for you, when kasturi had squeezed his hand, his heart had squeezed in unison. Just then the Pilot started his descend near the hotel where his car was parked. Robbie waited for the pilot to open his door, once he did, kasturi slid over and got off too. Robbie was confused as to why she got off. So he said: Kasturi kya karahi hoi?

Kasturi said: Kuch nahin, and she grabbed his hand in hers and led him to a clearing Robbie couldn't help but follow thinking to himself what is she up to.

Kasturi looking deeply into Robbie's eyes said: Robbie, sorry for deflating your tires. Mujhe aasha nahin kar ne chaaiyah tha. And she cant help but smile. And kasturi thinks to herself why am I finding it so hard to say goodbye to you Robbie. Truth be told there was no real reason for me to get off the helicopter.

Robbie laughs and says: kasturi saazah deh doon kya?

Kasturi teasingly says: kasai saazah dogay Robbie?

Robbie looks around to make sure no one is around watching them he gently pushes kasturi back toward the bark of the tree and he leans towards her and whispers: Would you like a repeat of our last close encounter.

Kasturi starts to blush and says: God Robbie tum hain kuch aur soojh tah hain ke nahin?

Robbie: grabs kasturi's hands and pins them behind her back and kisses her neck up to her earlobe and dips his tongue into her ear, and bites her earlobe and lets go very quickly. Kasturi is standing there shocked with what Robbie just did, for her body is begging him to take her in his arms again and never stop, but her mind is like OMG this guy is too much. Robbie smiles and moves his eyebrows up and down very devilishly and says: kyun tumhain aub kuch aur soojh raha hain?

Kasturi cant believe the effect Robbie has on her body, it feels like she's just been branded by Robbie. Robbie moves closer to her again and says : Kasturi I'll count to 5 and if you don't get back on that chopper tum koi yahan aapne bahoon main uthaake yahaan se bohut dhoor le jaongah and will finish what I just started. Hows that for a take over and he winks at her..

Kasturi get goose bumps and shakes her head smiles and presses her bottom lip with her teeth she pushes him away, and starts walking backwards finding it very hard to break eye contact with Robbie, as Robbie starts to count… 1……2 and he says: Jaaldi mulakhat hogi kasturi that's a promise round number 3 of our close encounter…….kasturi pickes up her pace…and turns around as Robbie says 4….

Kasturi reaches the copter and gets in and watches Robbie become a dot on the ground as she finally heads home.

Robbie heads to the hotel goes to his room and takes a cold shower. He needs it after the time he spends with kasturi, shit she's got me good.He throws on his worn out pair of jeans and a Nautica brown buttoned shirt,with small stripes of burgundy running threw it. And put his loafers on and heads out towards the garage, where his car is. He needs to get back soon, to talk to Robert and find away to get him to hand over that tape, even if it means handing his company over he'll do it. I can start over again, he's use to starting over. Kasturi isn't like that her roots and her attachment to her family, business is what makes her Kasturi. The kasturi he loves.

He walks into the garage and and sees a younge kid working on some car and he says: hey sunnoh?

Kid stares at Robbie and says: haan bolo kya chaaiyyain?

Robbie: woh meri gari, teekh hogaya hain?

Kid: Kaunsa gari hain aap kei saabh?

Robbie looks around and says woh uthaar kaali wali meri hain..

Kid really surprised and says: aacha woh aap ki hain?

Robbie tired says: Nahin mazaak kar raha hoon.

Kid laughs and says: haan saabh woh toi kissi budha ke gari hogyi, jis ke baal aur daanth beh usskah nahin hongha

Robbie looks at the kid laughing his head off at his joke and cant help but smile at such innocence, and wonders If he'll ever have a family of his own. Not begin able to call someone MINE, was heart wrenching. That's why kasturi meant so much to him, she was the first person who had made him want to call someone his own. After his mom died bitter, harbouring a broken heart, he did not want to fall in love like she had. But that's the beauty of love, it makes a believer out of the most biggest skeptics (non-believers) out there.

Robbie looks at the kid and says: mera baal aur mera daanth dono aasli hain aur mere hi hain, aur woh gari meri hain…..

The kid laughed even harder and Robbie joined in and it felt good. Once they both were done the kid said: aacha saabh tumhari gari teekh hogai hain, saare tires bilkul chaangah hain…

Robbie looks at him and says: dheekh ne main toi tum pidtha se hoi, lekin baareh kaam ki cheez hoi. Thanks.

The kid: Aree Pidtha kis koi keh reh hoi? Mera naam Jay hain. Aur 400 rupee banah tumhara bill.

Robbie knowing the kid is ripping him off says: 400 rupee, loot raha hoi mujhe?

Jay: aapni mehnat ka paisa maangh raha hoon, bheekh nahin.

Robbie liking this kid more by the second asks him: Tum school nahin jaatai hoi?

Jay: bohut teeze hoon saabh, 10 class main top kiya tha maine, lekin phir meri maasi bemaar hogai thi, toi usski ellajh ke liya paisa ke zaroorat thi, toi school choot gayi, lekin koi faidah nahin huwa, phir bhi guzaar gayi. Aub to Aslam Autos ke liya kaam kartah hoon. He looks around and says yeh hi hain meri zindagi aub.

Robbie cant explain it but the fact this kid has given up so much for his loved ones touches Robbie to the core and he says: Mere saath chaloga?

Jay: kithar?

Robbie: New Dehli, mere saath rehenah ke liya?

Jay: mujhe bhach toi nahin doogah? (you wont sell me off )

Now Robbie laughs hard and say: main aasah waasah aadmi nahin hoon, promise. Toi bolo chaalogay meri saath?

Jay looks around and then at Robbie and sees a common thread of lonliness in the man and knows that this might be his one big chance to get out of here and says: haan saabh..

Robbie: just don't call me saabh, mera naam Robbie hain.

Jay: teekh hain Robbie.

On the way back to New Dehli Robbie got to know Jay and was glad to know that he could change this boy's life, give him a chance, for Robbie sensed that Jay was indeed a bright kid that just had a tough break. But now that was about to change, Robbie would make sure of it.

The helicopter landed on the helipad, on top of Paradise Point and Kasturi got out and bumped into Anita. Kasturi seeing red the moment she sees Anita. Says: Oh God not you again, what do you want?

Anita: Nothing from you I assure you. Robbie kahan hain?

Kasturi looking at Anita and thinking kya Anita aur Robbie ke beech main koi rishtah to nahin?

Anita sensing that kasturi looks lost and confused says: Woh Robbie ne mujhe dinner pe lejaanah ka vaadah kiya tha.

Kasturi a bit shocked says: Robbie is driving home. He'll be home later. Now if you'll excuse me.

Anita grabs kasturi's hand and says: Stay away from Robbie.

Kasturi fed up with Anita's rudeness says: OR what?? Kya karlogi tum hum?

Anita glares at kasturi and says: Mujhe kya karnah hain, joi karnah hain woh to Robbie aay kai karegha. When he takes over your company and throws your mom out of her position, then you'll have your answer to OR WHAT!!!! And some advise Robbie likes playing the field, no women has ever captured his attention for long, I'm the only women that has stayed in his life. So don't go believing that Robbie is in LOVE with you just cause you shared a bed.

Kasturi shaking with anger says: Anita you make me physically sick and ashamed that you're a women. And she pushes anita away and walks away.

Kasturi catches a cab desperate to get home she need the love of her family, and she needs some space away from Robbie so she can try to make sense of the direction her life is going.

Kasturi finally arrived home and opened the door to her home. Seeing her family on the dinner table talking, laughing arguing brought tears to her eyes. God give me strength to save my family. Don't make them suffer for my past, don't let the choices I have made tear all of us apart. Just then Devika see kasturi standing by the door wiping her eyes. Devika gets up and says Kasturi, hunny agayi tum, and gives her a hug, and can feel kasturi in so much tension. Devika stares hard at her daughter and notices a change in her, Kasturi feels different. But before she could say anything kasturi moved away from her embrace and walked to the table, looked around and said: mujhe aap sub se kuch kehnah hain..

Everyone stopped their chatter and looked at kasturi wondering why she was so serious. Devika sat down staring at kasturi. Puru, was very nervous he could sense kasturi was upset about something and he had a feeling Robbie ne sub kuch bataah diya hogay..and he starts to figure out what he should say to everyone in his defence.

Kasturi says aap sub to jaantai hain ke main Mr. Bhatt se milneh gayi thi, lekin wajah koi nahin jaantah. I'm sorry mom I lied to you. Main Mr. Bhatt se issliya milnah gayi thi kyunki Robbie Raichand owes 25% shares in Saberwal Enterprise, and he's looking to take us over by gaining Mr. Bhatt's proxy.

Kasturi looks at her mom, and devika has gone very still, and is holding her head. Kasturi continues saying, Abhi Mr. Bhatt neh decision nahin liya hain ke woh kis koi aapne proxy deengha. But Mom we have to be ready to face the possibility that we could loose control of Saberwal Enterprises.

Devika looks up at everyone at the table and say: Kasturi, I have worked very hard and honestly for Saberwal Enterprises, its like my child to me. Its true that I don't know how I'll be able to hand it over to a complete stranger. But if the Board wishes for me to step down so I will, with the same dignity that I have run this company with for the last 30 yrs. Puru got up and stood behind Devika and put his hands on her shoulder and said, Devika joi bhi hogay, Aachai ke liya hoga. And I cant imagine the Board siding with Robbie Raichand, a nobody.. A maverick.. I mean what do we know about this guy, for all we know he could have crawled out of the gutter.

Kasturi staring at her dad and wondering why is he saying such rude things about Robbie. And kasturi opens to tell her dad how wrong he is about Robbie but what comes out is something totally different: Dad aap Robbie ke baareh main aasai kassai keh saktai hain. What do YOU know about him? And how can you use the word gutter and Robbie in the same sentence?

Devika and Puru shocked with the tone in kasturi's voice, for kasturi has never spoken to her parents in such an angery tone. Puru says: kasturi aapne aawaz koi neecha karo. Aur tum yeh Robbie ke ithni tarf dhaari kyun kar rahi hoi? Lets not forget he's trying to ruin this family.

Kasturi ashamed of her tone says: sorry dad, but please mujhe apni baath khatam karne doi. As I was saying, Mom, Robbie isn't out to ruin us but ummm, listen mom, I think we should consider letting Robbie take over Saberwal Enterprises for awhile.. with that she gets up and leaves everyone stunned and speechless behind her..

Puru is quick to call her back and says: Just one minute there little lady, I don't think that you get what it means to be a Saberwal. We don't back down from a fight, we don't not go quietly into the night. And especially just cause YOU think it's a good idea. Got it??

Kasturi with tears running down her face, says: Dad sometimes its worth losing the battle inorder to win the war. And she runs up the staircase with Shivani running after her.

Kasturi kasturi,shivani called after her..and kasturi ran into her bedroom and sat on her bed crying and letting all her frustrations out. Shivani walked into kasturi's room and closes the door quietly. Kasturi seeing shivani hugs her tightly and says OH god Shivi I thank god you're here.

Shivani: kasturi kya hogaya tum hain. Tum bohut parashaan lag rahi hoi. And I'm sorry to say you aren't really making much sense.

Kasturi wiping her tears laughs a little hysterically and says: Shivani mujhe sub kuch yaad agayah hain.

Shivani shocked says: WHAT!! Are you serious yaar? Kasai huwa yeh? What brought back your memeory kasturi after all these years?

Kasturi says: Not what, but WHO?

Shivani shakes her head and says : who? Kya matlab?

Kasturi: Shivani tum hain yaad hain why I never wanted to commit to anyone mom wanted me to marry, remember I always said that it felt like I knew what I was looking for. Well woh mujhe milgayah shivi..The man in the shadows came out, the voice that was a mere whisper is now a loud and clear voice.

Shivani: kaun hain kasturi?

Kasturi: shivani you'll never believe this, but I was in love in Europe with a man, who saved my life, who gave his freedom up for me shivani. The man that was Whispers in the wind for 5 years is none other than Robbie Raichand.

Shivani" OMG, noo kasturi….are you sure.

Kasturi: Shivi I wish I could tell you how this guy affects me. You'd think I'm some teenager with my raging hormones. I'm constantly thinking about him shivani, ek pal ke liya bhi mujhe se dhoor nahin hota hain. Mujhe bohut daar lagh raha hain shivi, did you see dad's anger towards Robbie, and what about mom, ohh shivani main kya karoon? Ek taraf mera pyaar joi meri liya hi jeeraha hain. Aur ke taraf meri family jin ke saath meri zindagi joorivhi hain…how do I choose between the two.

Shivani: kasturi abhi tum kuch mauth soonchoi, tum hain araam karnah chaaiyah. Kaal subha baath karengha I promise okay…

Just then a knock on the door and kasturi and shivani both say come in.

Devika walks in and sit down with tea for the both girls and says: kasturi tum fikhar bilkul mauth karo, main hoon nah sub teekh hogayah gah. Lekin beta tum hain mujhe se jhoot nahin bolnah chaiyeh tah. I'm much more stronger then you think.. Aub tum dono chai peeyoi and araam karo okay… goodnite girls and she kisses them both and as she's walking out kasturi says: Mom I love you…

Deivka: and I you dear.

Shivani soo wanted to tell kasturi whats going on in her life but just couldn't. so they drank their tea in silence and closed the lights and went to bed..

Kasturi eventually fell asleep but was dreaming of her past again, she saw Robbie sleeping soundly in his bed, and she crept into his house with the key he had given her. She took her shoes off and went into his kitchen to make him breakfast in bed. She cooked an omlette made some toast and her coffee that he loved soo much. She set it up on the bed tray and walked into his room, Robbie was so warn out he didn't stir at all even when she said : Robbie get up subha hogayi hain.

Robbie didn't move, kasturi put the tray down and walked up to Robbie and put her hand on his bare chest it was smooth with fine hair on his chest she was about to walk away when he grabbed her hand and said shona kahan jaarahi hoi? And pulled her and she fell right beside him.

Robbie smiled opened his eyes, and said: is that a new perfume your wearing?

Kasturi says:no wohi hain diamonds by Armani.

Robbie says no something smells different let me see, ithaar toi aao, and he puts his face to kasturi's neck and sniffs. Kasturi giggles for his breath is tickeling her. And she says : Robbie stop teasing me.

Robbie : ek shaart par, you stop teasing me with your pheromones (a chemical secreted to attract the opposite sex)

Kasturi : Robbie tum kabhi to serious hoi, and she hits him playfully.

Robbie: kasturi I love you, and I'm very serious.And he starts caressing kasturi back with his hand, kasturi moves closer to Robbie and wraps her arms around him and Robbie give kasturi butterfly kisses on her neck. Kasturi holds robbie's face in her hands and kisses his bottom lip teasingly. Robbie grunts and says kasturi your driving me crazy, and lays down beside kasturi and kisses her flat stomach. Kasturi feels her body go up in flames with robbie's caresses and kisses. Kasturi moans softly as Robbie hands work his way up her body. And he kisses and tickles her rib cage. Kasturi pushes Robbie off her and kisses a path from his chest to his navel. And just then Robbie says: any further and your in dangerous territory.

Kasturi smiles sweetly and give Robbie a very wicked smile and she knows Robbie and her are very aroused physically for one another but they have never gone beyond that petting exploring stage. Robbie lays his head on kasturi's chest and can feel her heart beat as if its about to explode through her chest. And he smiles feeling satisfied that they both are at breaking point. Kasturi's hand is travelling up his leg and thigh and she's teasing him with her fingers. He groans and puts her off him saying I don't think I can take any more kasturi. She smiles and says, chicken…Robbie says: no I just know when to quit. I have to go and take a shower. I'll be right back..

Kasturi's : nashtah ka kya hogay?

Robbie: Main ne to khaaliya..and he winks at her and goes to the bathroom.

Oh man!!! You are driving me crazy...I wish you could see my expession right now...it is one of admiration!!!! Robina di...how do you write so wunnerfully? Give me tips di!!! Waah kya update tha...bechari kasturi torn between family and love....and dat Barr idiot just raging to take over kas's life and love!!!

Atleast Puru employed hai tumhare FF mein...I mean he is doing the great job of THINKING up an excuse in his defence!! Devika's character figment makes me feel sooo homely!!!

Robbie is blazing as usual...man why am I going crazy behind this guy all the more past my normal range!!!

Amazing job!!!! Sach mein you deserve sum medal....I really wish KP could have read this FF....I bet he would have loved his character as much as we are loving him!!!

OMG! I honestly dont know where to start.. Dii- you've done wonders in this part. I think its one of the best yet! The way you've mixed so many different situations into one is just so WOW! I can feel what Kasturi's going through. She wants Robbie she loves him- but more then that she loves her family. I just cant explain it! The way you've portrayed each and every character is too less for words. And every coming part Im having more and MORE hate for Anita. Dii you're too good! I'm falling in love with RoKa all over again!

outstanding robz.. this is the best ever part.. every line, i have re read at least 3 times.. ANd this Robbie is awesome, all fire and hot.. BTW, it is a very hot day in Uk and u have just made it a tad too hot for my liking now.. looks like i am the one in need of a shower. 😆

Iabsolutely loved the dialogues between RoKa. Esp near the tree and in the bed.. i dont know how u come up withy robbie's one liners.. they are fabulous and so well suited for robbie 😳 esp the way the story line is going these days, and the way robbie is always shown moaning, it was with great pleasure that I re-read all robbi'es lines again.. this is the robbie we all love and thanks for giving him back to us 😳 wish you were the real story writer..

there were so many compliments running thru my head.. but culd only pen a few which is great injustice to such stimulating stuff.. but hey, thanks for the great stuff.. so glad did not read it at work, and was at home with everyone else fast asleep 😳

and one more thing.. i am so glad that you have finally cleared the air that they have never taken their relationshiop beyond the certain level.. thanks for clearifying that in such a sweet manner.. it is def worth it esp as we have sdo many young readers who are all dreaming of their robbie's 😆
