PART 21!! PICKING OFF FROM KASTURI AND SHALINI RUNNING
*They get into the car and kasturi keeps checking the time every so often to see if they are already too late!*
Kasturi: shalu! Hum time pa ponch jaaya ga?
Shalini: agar yeh sawal ek baari aur poocha na, tho main yeh gaddi rok thu gi
Kasturi: *gets a sad expression on her face*
Shalini: kasturi…hum ponch jaaya ga…just apna aap ko itni tension math tho
Kasturi: *sighs* agar hum nahin poncha tho main kya karun gi?
Shalini: London jaaka usko tund lena
Kasturi: *looks out the window*
*They are driving at a fairly fast pace for a while, shalini changes lanes like a mad woman and people shout at her but she doesn't care, finally she has to abruptly put on the brakes and kasturi goes flying forward and so does shalini, they look ahead to see a street full of cars that are jammed, they both look at each other with A LOT of concern and shalini jumps out of the car*
Shalini: *asking a man* bhaisaab yeh saab kya ho raha hai?
Man: yahein par ek accident hai, puri road blocked hai
Shalini: *looks at kasturi who is waiting by the car* SHIT!
AT THE AIRPORT
*Everyone is gathered at the airport to wish Robbie a safe trip and goodbyes, devika is not present because she is still upset over everything*
Puru: Robbie abhi bi flight ka jaana main kaafi waqt hai
Robbie: yeh dad, a little less than an hour
Puru: *takes Robbie to the side* Robbie abhi bi waqt hai…agar tum yeh nahin chatha tho-
Robbie: nahin dad, yeh meri final decision hai
Puru: yeh yeh i know, *sighs* likyan jhoot nahin bolun ga…tumse judaa ho kar bilkul acha nahin lag raha
Robbie: *puts his hand on his dads shoulder* mujhe bi dad likyan…
Puru: i understand…aur haan, woh tumari mom nahin aayi-
Robbie: dad maan mom ka gussa ko samaj saktha hun…likyan jhoot nahin bolun ga…dhardh tho bohoth ho raha hai…akhir ma hai meri…jatha waqt maan uska sath hona chatha hun
Puru: saab decision ka liya zindagi main saab ka sath nahin miltha
Robbie: haan dad saab ka sath nahin miltha *gets lost in thought*
BACK TO TRAFFIC JAM
*Kasturi marches up to shalini who is fiddling with her thumbs and walking back and forth*
Kasturi: shalini kya hua?
Shalini: woh…
Kasturi: kya?!
Shalini: woh kasturi actually, yeh traffic jam na pura road block kar liya hai…aur mujhe aur koi raaste bi nahin malum
Kasturi: kya?! Yeh tum kya ka rahi ho…yeh sach nahin ho saktha…akhir itna baara shahar main ek hi road hai jo airport thak la ja sakthi hai?
Shalini: likyan kasturi mujhe aur raaste malum nahin
Kasturi: tho maan tund kar lekha ayun gi *marches away*
*Kasturi marches up to some man who just got off his cellphone and taps him on the shoulder*
Kasturi: excuse me
Man: ji??
Kasturi: hi…actually maana aapsa pooch na tha ka airport jaana ka liya aur koi raaste hai?
Man: um….
Kasturi: please sochiya! Hum bohoth jaldi main hai…bohoth baari emergency hai…agar hum nahin poncha tho-
Man: dekhiya, maan bi nahin jaan tha…
Kasturi: *sighs* thanks anyways
*Kasturi has tears of frustration in her eyes, and walks off to ask someone else*
*Shalini is thinking of some way out of this and she is very worried too, then she sees some man stopping on his motorcycle and getting a cup of coffee and she smiles, she walks over to kasturi and grabs her*
Shalini: kasturi, mujhe malum hai ka hum airport kaisa ponch saktha hai
Kasturi: kaisa?!
Shalini: woh motorcycle dekh rahi ho
*Kasturi looks at the motorcycle*
Shalini: motorcycle is small enough to get through this traffic
Kasturi: tumara maatlab hum usa chori karan??!!
Shalini: kasturi-
Kasturi: nahin shalini! Hum chori nahin karan ga!
Shalini: tumara paas koi aur idea hai genius?!
*Kasturi looks at the motorcycle and starts thinking*
INSIDE COFFEE STAND
*Man gives his order and waits around for it to come*
Cashier: yeh lo saab garma garm coffee
Man: thanks! *turns around* OIIIIIIIII! MERA MOTORCYCLE! CHOR! CHOR! ROKO!
*We see Shalini and kasturi getting on the motorcycle and shalini driving it away*
Shalini: yeh lo mera address *throws piece of paper at the man* aapna motorcycle pick up kar lena *drives off really fast*
Man: OIIIIIIIIIIIIII! MERA MOTORCYCLE! MERA- *picks up the paper* kya ho raha hai is duniya ka saath *looks at piece of paper and sighs*
AT THE AIRPORT
Nandini: *goes up to Robbie* Robbie beta…yahein aana…
Robbie: *walks with nandini*
*Nandini takes a sweater from a bag and hands it to Robbie*
Nandini: yeh maana knit kiya hai…actually London main bohoth tand hothi hai na…aur isko paan kar tuma shayad meri yaad- *gets teary*
Robbie: aara mujhe koi sweater ki zaroorat nahin hai apko yaad karna ka liya…tumara pyar humesha mujhe yaad raha ga *hugs nandini*
*Nandini breaks into tears and cries, durshant comes, and taps Robbie on the shoulder and Robbie grabs durshant too and hugs both of them*
AUDIO SYSTEM: FLIGHT 823 TO LONDON AAB BOARD KARNA WALA HAI…PLEASE GO TO TERMINAL 3!
*Everyone looks at Robbie, and Robbie grabs his bag and they walk to the terminal*
ON THE ROAD WITH KAS AND SHALU
Kasturi: jaldi! Jaldi!!
Shalini: chup! Chup! Chup! Maan jitna jaaldi chala sakthi hun utni jaaldi jaa rahi hun!
Kasturi: Shalu agar hum-
Shalini: SHUT UPPPPPPPPPPPPPP! Kyun itni negative ho rahi ho…shut up! Hum ponch jaaya ga
BACK AT THE AIRPORT
*Everyone at the terminal*
Robbie: chalo dad, flight ka jaana main 20 minutes hai…maan early board kar latha hun
Puru: haan beta…i guess aab huma bye kehna chahiya
*Robbie walks up to his dad and gives him a hug and then goes and gets nandini's ashirvad…he is about to get one from durshant but durshant picks him up and gives him a hug, he then goes and gives vikas, divya, Alana, nikhil and etc. all a big hug, he then goes to raunak*
Robbie: acha yaar chal tha hun
Raunak: im gunna miss you man
Robbie: ya man…maan bi
Raunak: aapna kayal rakhna…aur remember work first, ladies later, aur time pa ka lena, aur haan-
Robbie: okay okay! Thu mera yaar hai ya mera baap!
*Both laugh, and then Robbie grabs raunak and they hug, he says one last goodbye to everyone and walks towards the line*
Nandini: phone kar thana!
*Robbie turns around and smiles, and nods and then he turns back around and wipes his moist eyes, everyone leaves and takes a look back*
OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT
*Shalini stops the motocycle abruptly*
Shalini: sirf 10 minute hai flight ka jaana main
Kasturi: *gets off the motorcycle* chalo
*They both run into the airport*
Kasturi: OH GOD! Yeh jaaga tho itni baari hai…kahan tunda ga usa???
Shalini: calm down, maan wahan pooch ka aathi hun ka flight number kya hai aur terminal
Kasturi: okay
*Both rush off to the desk*
Shalini: hi aap humki maadat kar sakthi hai??
Receptionist: ji kahi kya kar sakthi hun maan aap ka liya??
Shalini: London ko ek flight yahein sa 10 minute main jaana wali hai…tum humsa batha saktha hai ka who flight kon sa terminal main hai
Receptionist: ji hold on *starts looking through the computer*
Shalini: jaldi! Please! Bohoth baari emergency hai
Receptionist: *keeps looking, kas and shalu get pissed and start tapping their feet and moving* hai…flight 823 terminal 3, wahan lane 5 main
Shalini: thank you! Thank you so much!
*Both girls run like mad woman*
ON THE PLANE
*Robbie is on the plane getting settled in his seat and he sits and closes his eyes*
Flight attendant: everything okay sir?
Robbie: yeh fine, thanks
Flight attendant: okay sir, agar aapko kisi cheez ki zaroorat ho tho mujhe bula lena…hum apna first class customers ko best service thatha hai
Robbie: thanks
*Robbie puts his head back on his seat and closes his eyes*
AT THE AIRPORT
*Kasturi and Shalini are running like crazy trying to find lane 5 on terminal 3, both of them are quite confused as there are many lanes and numbers don't necessarily go in order*
Kasturi: SHALU! *gets tears in here eyes*
Shalini: kasturi…aab hum…please God, please help us *looks around* OH! LANE 5 WAHAN HAI…ARROW WAHAN POINT KAR RAHA HAI! *her face lightens up*
Kasturi: *smiles* chalo!
*Both girls run towards lane 5*
ON THE PLANE
*Robbie thinks about kasturi again, he cant get her off his mind, the time they first met, the time he took the hair out of her face, the time she saved his life, the time they both listened to their favorite music, he sighs and puts his head in his hands all the while kyun ki itna pyar tumsa kartha hai hum plays (8)*
Robbie: please leave me alone kasturi…kyun nahin jathi tum mera khayaalon main sa…
BACK AT LANE 5
Shalini: *looks up* YES YES YES! THIS IS IT! YEHI HAI WHO LANE! YESSSSSSS! *jumps with excitement*
Kasturi: *hugs shalini* and walks over to the desk*
Kasturi: ji mujhe yeh plane main ek second ka liya…
Flight lady: kya?! *starts to laff* tuma kya???
Kasturi: ji agar maan yeh flight main ek second ka liya-
Flight lady: second ho ya ek hour, mujhe tumara boarding pass dekhna para ga
Kasturi: ji who mera paas nahin hai-
Flight Lady: phir tuma aisa kaisa laga ka hum tumse aandar jaana tha ga…lokon ka aaj kaal dhimak bi na….
Kasturi: ji please, aap samaj na ki khoshish kariya…who mujhe jaana para ga…please…mujhe bus ek second ka liya Robbie sabharwal sa…
Flight Lady: dekho ma'am saab, maan tumse aandar nahin jaana tha sakthi…please aap jahiya
Kasturi: nahin please…please agar woh chala gaya tho…
Flight Lady: tho maan kya karun?! Agar har insaan yahein aakar flight ka jaana main eejazaat manga tho maan hark ko aandar bar thu??? Tum kon si is des ki natha ho ka maan tumse aandar bar thu…please go!
*Shalini walks over to the lady and kas*
Shalini: kasturi…kya ho raha hai?
Kasturi: *tears streaming down her face* dekho shalini yeh mujhe aandar nahin jaana tha rahi
Shalini: *turns to woman* please isko wahan jaana bohoth zaroori hai
Flight Lady: excuse me?!...this is against my duty, agar maan isko jaana thu gi tho meri tho nokri chali jaaya gi
Kasturi: please aap…please! Maan tumara aaga hath jhor thi hun…please
Flight Lady: dekho ma'am bus hogaya yeh saab! Jitna pyar sa samja rahi hu utna hi sar pa chari ja rahi ho…agar aap yahein sa nahin gaayi tho maan security sa call kar thu gi
Kasturi: maan nahin jahun gi…jab thak tum lok mujhe Robbie sa nahin milna thatha maan nahin jahun gi
Shalini: RIGHT!
Flight Lady: fine tumari choice *picks up phone* security lane 5, terminal three jaldi!
AFTER 2 MINUTES
*security shows up*
security guard: kya hai problem
flight lady: dekhiya yeh larkhi *takes security guard to side and whispers something*
guard: *walks up to kas* ma'am aapko mera saath jaana ho ga
Shalini: dekhiya sir ya tho sirf-
Guard: ma'am chalo
Kasturi: please…aap samaj na ki khoshish ki jiya…
Guard: ma'am chalo!
Kasturi: nahin!
Guard: mujhe majboor math karo ma'am chalo!
Kasturi: nahin nahin!
Guard: *takes kasturi's hand* sorry ma'am likyan yeh meri duty hai *starts dragging her away*
Kasturi: *begins to cry and tries to come out of the guard's grip but she cant, she tries really HARD* PLEASE PLEASE! MUJHE SIRF EK MINUTE KA LIYA ROBBIE SABHARWAL SA MILNA HAI…PLEASE! *falls on floor crying*
Shalini: please sir aap-
Guard: please aap chup rahiya
Kasturi: please please!
Guard: *looks at her sprawled on the ground and feels a pang of sympathy for her and picks her up* acha, taro! *calls flight lady over* dekho maan ek kam kar saktha hun…tum *to flight lady* flight main jaaka Robbie sabharwal sa poocha agar woh ek larkhi sa milna chatha hai…usa kaho ka agar woh usa mila ga tho the flight will leave without him…agar nahin tho flight ko jaana thi jiya
Kasturi: usa kehna ka kasturi usa milna chathi hai…
Flight Lady: *gives a dirty look and walks off*
ON THE PLANE
Robbie: *looks at his watch and gets his seat belt on properly and sighs, he is still lost in his thoughts and is thinking about kasturi when…*
Flight Lady: aap Robbie sabharwal hain?
Robbie: ji kahiya
Flight Lady: *explains the whole situation to an utterly shocked Robbie who is stunned someone is that determined to meet him*
Robbie: ji…likyan kaun hai woh??
Flight Lady: patha nahin…koi kasturi…
Robbie: kya??! KAUN?!
Flight Lady: suna nahin tumna?? Kasturi..kas-tu-riiii
Robbie: *leaps to his feet* sach?!
Flight Lady: nahin mujhe tho jhoot bolna ka shok hai
Robbie: *doesn't listen to her and grabs his luggage pushes past her and walks out of the plane, running to the terminal*
*Kasturi turns around and sees Robbie putting down his luggage and she runs towards him and hugs him, they hold on to each other for what feels like an eternity, and she cries in his arms. Shalini smiles and thanks the security guard who smiles also seeing this reunion, then kasturi breaks away and takes Robbie to the side*
Robbie: kasturi, yeh saab, aur tumari aakhon main asu *takes her head into his hands and is about to wipe them away but then he remember what she said to him in the apartment and thinks maybe there is another reason behind all this*
Kasturi: yeh tho kushi ka asu hai…aap huma time pa milga is liya
Robbie: kya hua likyan…saab teek hai??
Kasturi: *is still crying a bit* aab saab teek hai
Robbie: *gets a confused expression on his face* maatlab?
Kasturi: Robbie woh mujhe malum nahin itna waqt kyun laaga likyan mujhe aab ehsaas hua hai ka maan…
Robbie: bolo…
Kasturi: aap sa jaab pehli bar mili thi tho tum mujhe bohoth acha laaga, likyan jaab maana jaana ka tum raunak baan kar…mujhe bohoth bura laaga…likyan aab jaab tum ja raha tha tho mujhe ehsaas hua ka maan tumse-
Robbie: kya kasturi…bolo kya?!
Kasturi: mujhe ehsaas hua ka tum meri zindagi main kitna keemthi ho…agar tuma maan aaj nahin rokh thathi tho puri zindagi pashthathi
Robbie: likyan kyun?! Kyun???!!!
Kasturi: tumna mera sath thoka kiya, likyan maan is cheez ko nahin ignore nahin kar sakthi ka tum dil ka saaf ho, ka tuma meri phikar hai is liya…
Robbie: *gets frustrated and runs his hands through his hair* kya! Kya! Kis liya tum aaj meri flight rokh kar milna jathi thi mujhe…kyun?!
Kasturi: because…mujhe ehsaas hogaya ka maan tumse…dekhiya yeh pehli bar kisi sa ka rahi hun is liya…main…
Robbie: katho kasturi…jo bi hai…agar woh hai jo maan socha raha hun tho please kaho
Kasturi: maan apsa…actually patha nahin maan kab sa, shayad kaafi waqt sa kathi thi…maan aapsa…i…maan…
Robbie: *looks right into kas's eyes*
Kasturi: *looks down* maana yeh plane is liya rokho because maan aapsa judaa nahin ho sakthi thi, tumsa judaa ho kar aisa lag raha tha ka maan mera dil ka ek tukara sa judaa ho rahi hun…aur woh is liya because…maan…maan…maan aapsa *breaths and closes her eyes, breaths in and out* maan aapsa pyar karthi hun
Robbie: *is in complete and utter shock and doesn't know what to say, he wants to jump for joy but cant believe what he has just heard* tum kya??? Phir sa kaho
Kasturi: *looks confused* kis liya???
Robbie: please kasturi
Kasturi: maan aapsa pyar karthi hun *looks down and smiles a bit, by now she is really shy, shyer than she thought she would be admitting it*
Robbie: maan bi! I LOVE YOU TOO!
*Shalini and the guard look at each other and shalini burst out laughing, Robbie rushes towards the guard and gives him a huge hug and gives shalini and huge hug too and then yells to random people*
Robbie: woh mujhse pyar karthi hai…SHE LOVES ME! SHE LOVES ME!
Random person: isa kya hogaya???
Other person: patha nahin…lagtha pyar hogaya
*both giggle*
Robbie: hi! Who mujhe pyar karthi hai! Yesssssssssssss!
Person 1: congratulations buddy!
Robbie: thanks!
*Kasturi is watching all this in amazement and laffing because she cannot believe how overjoyed he is, and smiles to herself thinking this is because she loves him, and feels special for the moment. Robbie looks at her and runs towards her and picks her up, so that there faces meet face to face, kasturi is a bit shocked and her eyes pop out of her head and she look at the ground below*
Robbie: phir sa kaho
Kasturi: *shakes her head* pagal ho gaaya hai aap
Robbie: *winks* I know *puts kasturi down*
*Kasturi and Robbie both hug, while shalini grabs a tissue and starts crying and people in the terminal nearby start clapping, kasturi and Robbie smile at each other*
Robbie: dekhna kasturi aab huma koi nahin judaa kar saktha…man…mujhe tho itna lokon sa bathana hai…mom, dad, nandini aunty, durshant uncle aur raunak!
*Kasturi just smiles and Robbie hugs her again*
