In my opinion, The unprofessional behaviour is leaking the news of Parth leaving the show to media house, channel sources said that they don't know anything about it. I think it can be easily traced back to the source of this news which first appeared in Pinkvilla and according to Parth fan, the writer is his closest journalist, the same fan spoke to the journalist about it too. Leaking news to media house in negotiation stage is unprofessional.

I don't know the insecure thing but PreRish track never started, they always gave Anurag's character more importance, how can one forget the exit of Bajaj with Krish scene

Here, Anurag's return was coupled with news of Bajaj going back to London, is it a coincidence? Anurag is getting maximum Screenspace, In one week of his return he got more Screenspace than Bajaj in 3 weeks

The Production house people released a statement saying they were giving filler episodes in absence of lead, but none cares that Erica was absent from set too and she is as much of a lead.

Whenever there is news of PreRish track, Bajaj is sent back to London or USA

Looking at the current scenerio india tv ka media report is more believable ..also why channel will let spread this neg news against their own Main lead. Yeah toh show and anurag character har ek chis kay liyee neg image felayenge na...channel ,ekta easily could stop this media not to publish unprofessional n insecure term for their hero... Then why they are silent agar kuch na hui ho toh...

Aakhir mein, it's just business that matters to the channel, makers and actors. And if the actor/actress is trying to 'Reap the fruit when it is ripe', I don't find anything wrong in it. Even EK can't say they are wrong, given how shrewd she is as a business woman and she herself would have done the same thing in a similar situation. With the opportunities being wide with lots of OTT platforms worldwide, she can't armtwist actors like before. And I am liking this. 😆

I mean i am not satisfied with my position in company why would i waste my time and energy to be there when i am getting better position elsewhere. If company is ready to negotiate so be it.

Whoever party may it be any of the cast they have right to object about work related issue. As you said you cant use and throw actors and armtwist them anymore. Junior artists have no right to demand their dues from the PH ? Why the hell not he earned it and he deserves it. If others have problem they can take it upto makers and decide but why should someone keep their mouth shut for others benefits and then they are labeled as unprofessionals just because they stood up for themselves.

He kept mum once last year but now that he opened up about leaving he is unprofessional. 😆

Its PR work or not doesn't matter if he wants to leave with all legal procedure he has all the right to do so and if makers want him to stay then they have to compromise too its always going to be two way street.

If even new actors scrumbles to the pressure of "dikhane ke dat alag (hired as CEO) and chabane ke (making him work as junior associate)" no one will ever standup for their own self for their own talente 's respect.

If this is PR and if this is someone else's PR, what is the real grouse here?
