Komo donates blood to Moloy Basu

I just read the update. Haven't watched episode yet. Was it shown that Komo is actually donating blood to the person she once wanted to kill?? This doesn't look right to me.😲😲😲 Is it just coincidence that out of all the people, only Komo's blood group matched with Moloy Basu or is there some foul play in this also ??😳 Does she secretly have a blood bank somewhere or what ? Because when Sneha needed blood also, it was shown that finally the blood could be arranged and Komo gave a note to a hospital ward . And I still believe in Sneha's case, Bajaj had not donated blood , because I do get a feeling that he was not present only in the vicinity. I feel, Komo had something to do in Sneha finally being able to get the blood that her body needed.
