All this would mean Komo definitely knows she's alive.

Not plausible till now. Komo thinks pre is dead..she doesnt know bajaj saved her.

Anurag probably saw Prerna at the farmhouse which is why he started romancing. Bajaj wasn’t there so he didn’t see him. That’s how Anurag knows she’s alive.
