Prerna the selfish lover - Page 4

I am a little unsure whether you meant 'you' as in me or was it a generalisation, but I am having a bad day and this discussion has been the only positive highlight, so I am going to continue :)

I fully agree, the only person who will suffer is Viraj. And unlike the previous (and current, if we count Sonalika/Komolika's return) third angles, Viraj hasn't contributed to this mess. Anurag brought a marriage proposal for him, he heard about Prerna's situation, and he decided that if life us giving him a second chance at a family, he is going to take it. It was Prerna's responsibility to decline, and she couldn't do that. Even now, she can just take him to the side and clear things. She doesn't need to disclose everything if she feels she can't trust him (and she shouldn't trust him, she doesn't know him that well). She can simply say that she doesn't want to move on and she had only agreed to the proposal because her mother is panicking about her future. She should tell him that she will never be able to be his wife, that she will never be able to move on. No shame in that, that's her love and her happiness and that's her choice. And I want her to do the needful. A decent guy like Viraj doesn't deserve the humiliation that is coming his way. The man has already lost a wife, he has already lost a child! Keeping him in the dark will be a hard blow. I want her to be selfish, but I don't want a Prerna who will purposely hurt someone because she is too much of a coward to do otherwise.

She is already doing everything possible to hint at her feelings for Anurag, she is already going against her mother's wishes, she can call off this marriage and free Viraj from this tangle of relationships.

And she should do something about Komolika/Sonalika. Even if Anurag's memory comes back, he won't know about Komo's truth. She needs to be the one to tell him. Even now, she can tell Moloy, or Anupam, or the Sharmas. But no, Prerna Sharma is not allowed proper character development. But that's a discussion for another day. For now, I hope she takes control of the situation instead of dancing with Anurag. And in a way, that too will be for her own happiness. Prerna should be selfish and she should end this farce of a marriage alliance.

Again, I am sorry if I keep talking nonsense, I just need something to divert my mind from rl issues.

I agree she has been selfish through out even in the blackmail track also ... to save "Anurag" because she wanted to do it on her own and come out as some super woman and wanted those laurels she was selfish in that so called 2Rs love she married the blackmailer.

Just generalization SG, not intended for you. It was a general statement. Like you said Prerna should end this farce before it becomes too late.

I am infact loving this woman now.

Koi viraj or blackmail track or komolika koi bhi aaye does she care.

Lekin problem here is viraj is good guy thats the only problem. Agar koi accha bandha hai does not mean she has to marry him.

But she just need to call him on his mobile and say anurag is her husband thats it.

Hope she does that ontime before its too late.

I usually don't get this invested in a show, but I did watch Kzk2 in its early stage and it was so beautiful. Everyone had character development and I really enjoyed the Naveen track. Of course, Prerna was her stupid, self-sacrificing self, but I am used to ITV's mahaan leads. I still believe that had they decided to introduce new concepts instead of bringing back characters from last season (I haven't watched it so I don't know much, but I read that Naveen wasn't there), the show wouldn't be this terrible. They have amazing actors, both leads and the supporting characters, and they are so keen on ruining everything with their parties and hospital drama. And this being the third marriage track, my patience is running thin. Especially when a good guy is going to suffer, with no fault of his own. Viraj didn't come between Prerna and Anurag, he was invited into the fold.

Mummy is forcing her - true.. but Prerna and Shivani can at least try and tell about Sonalika being Komolika. There are chances she will understand..Prerna is hiding all important details from everyone. Anupam aur Moloy can also help from the other side. Par wo nahi bol rhi hai kisi ko kuch bhi.. Veena ko mila hai acha banda for her daughter and she has no idea about the cat-mouse game between Komolika and Prerna to wo bhi to fully wrong nahi hui if she is forcing prerna to.marry.

Prerna should make.right conversations with the right person to sensibly sort the situation.
