Everything about that suhaag raat sequence starting with komolika and mohini asking prerna to decorate the bed to prerna actually doing it is class A nonsense, cringe worthy and utterly unpalatable to me as a viewer.
But I don't understand, what has anurag having or not having a physical relationship with sonalika got to do with prerna loving him or wanting him to remember their relationship and come back? Are you trying to say that if a man or a woman has had a physical relationship with someone, he or she should never be with anyone else!? Second chances don't always mean with someone else. Sometimes two people who separate for whatever reason may decide that their happiness lies only with each other and come back together. Those are also second chances and nothing is wrong there as long as all is mutual. IF anurag and sonalika decide to sleep together when Anurag has no memory of prerna, and IF after he gets his memory back, anurag wants to divorce sonalika to be with prerna and she agrees to it, in both these situations prerna is not in anyway actively involved in that decision. It's a mutual decision between the 2 people involved. (I'm continuing here with your original premise of what if, as prerna things right now sonalika is genuinely a good person and is not lying). All prerna can do is hope for her own happily ever after and there's nothing morally wrong in hoping, dreaming and praying for your own happiness. It's totally OK if you feel otherwise though.
That about it for me here.

batt serf physically involvement ki nai hai , bat hai marriage ki .. ofcourse kisi shadi mai rehte huye , agar koi physically involve hote hai ek dusre se .. toh usko koi hak nei hai without any reason apne partner ko ditch karna ... if someone attracts with someone This is called EMA and this is cheating ... peyar ke nam pe agar koi kuch bhi karee toh woh peyar ka koi value hi nei hai , aj isko accha laga toh iske sath , kal koi aur accha laga toh kisi aur ke sath ... Marriage and marital consummations is a commitment for me , no matter what ... toh better divorce doing before intimacy ... and hum jaise society pe bare huye hai , hamare liye physically intimacy is the biggest thing , specially marital of course . yah i may be sounding regressive , but for me jabtak kisi shadi mai ho usko nivaou .. agar work nei kartehai toh khatam karo strongly before going deeper... atleast cheat mat karo . agar iyea sab na hote hai toh sidha live together karo , there has no commitment . and the current state of anurag , he is not sure. he is simply making hang sona , he responds sona partially , doesnot take stand strongly ... and on the name of divine love he is indirectly cheating his wife by going deeper with prerna... ( cos sona ke bare mai usko kuch bhi nei pata )

and as per prerna's involvement here dreaming , praying own happiness is justified but that not means someone will wish partially someone's broken family. as prerna is tagged by sp as selfless with a lot of qualities , so she is not a normal person like us .. she compares with sita (from BG) , toh that kind of character could not think about another woman's partial barbadi whom she does not know still ... character like prerna should have Strong morality ... that's it..
