How hard is it for a business shark like him to get hold of someone's medical report..and as far as pre visiting the Dr is concerned I know it was never shown in episode but I don't think they ever showed pre going to buy Bangles for herself that Bajaj could know her bangle size...so just like that was something not worth showing in the episode I think the writers felt visiting dr in pregnancy is common n hence not worth mentioning...

From what I read in the update I feel it's just another goof up from our brilliant writers who have amnesia on a daily basis....this still is a matter related to episodes months back. So we shouldn't be expecting much from them 😂

Regarding komo knowing about her pregnancy from Bajaj is a mess in itself as nothing justifies him knowing about that before Prerna met him except that he was stalking her for long before kuki met her. In that case we can assume he knew it from the time Prerna herself came to know in the hospital.

I'll give one reference if you allow ..... when he said that I'm not Naveen Babu... that is probably hinting towards a long term stalking of Anurag and Prerna. So if that is the situation then everything comes down to him being a stalker and him doing everything as his plan.

If we ignore all this then most likely it's a goof up 🤪

It's a blooper...writers forgot that....Bajaj knows that she is pregnant during their deal marriage....long time back komo fell down in River.... definitely he can't know before only as pre never mentioned to anyone her pregnancy....
