I need an Explanation - Komo Logic

It was shown that after Komolika had a fall in the river / sea, she faced a shark attack due to which her face got damaged and had to undergo a plastic surgery which took nearly 4 months.

If she was in the hospital for 4 months, then how did she come to Bajaj Mansion to hand him some confidential details about Anurag (The scene which was artifically made up through old scenes). I mean, which face did she take along when she went to Bajaj which happened after Bajaj's entry and obviously after the Accident??
