Ok I have been looking for a relevant thread to put my below rant but all the threads look locked to me. So I go here -

- Anurag standing in the middle of the road - Guilty. This reminds me of the numerous incidents every year we have in my country where audience are watching Ravan vadh sitting on the railway tracks and get injured/die when train comes at night. At my home discussing this with my family, I never blame the train driver for this. Tracks are made for trains, not for people to sit on those and expect not to get hit. Now, roads are also for pedestrians, but not all the time all the place. There's zebra crossing. It's responsibility of every individual to take care of their own safety. Ever since mobile phones are introduced, this has been the top primary reasons for road accidents and here's no different. Anurag IS responsible for his own accident.

- Having said the above, the moment RB says he saw Anurag and didn't put break, this automatically turns him criminal. Rage is not a reason to 'excuse' but to actually 'convict'.

- Accident is an accident, but this explanation of hit and run that CV provided through RB's mouthed dialogs, does not help at all, like at all. CV could do better if they wanted RB to be not held guilty of charge like this. It's a hot mess.

Dear why compare that incident with anurags accident? I remember when the chief guest politician mam made this same comment, how riled up the people got and she had to quit her position . Reason is that such insensitive comments during that time was uncalled for. So many people died , it was their fault too and not the train drivers fault, but there is a time and place for everything. Instead of showing sympathy for the victim others start calling out on their mistakes..that's the most insensitive thing to do at that time..here also anurag is on death bed, it was not a normal hurt..

.... coming back to kzk, yes it was his mistake but Mr bajaj's mistake was far more serious and inhuman. If it happened by accident it was still ok but he said he speed up his car when he saw anurag so this is not even unintentional like you said..what will we get by holding mr bajaj less responsible ? Or anurag equally responsible ? As per law bajak should be convicted and as per the law,Anurag can be given a lecture on road safety for the mistake that he did . 😆
