π Love it, and I agree. These two definitely needed a catastrophic push in one direction for their own to merge together. They have had little significant moments here and there, but like the old Prerna, she runs back to Anurag at the first sign of distress. This isn't a setback, it's a step forward. The realizations that will come from this will be significant for what's to come.
Anupam's careful words to Nivi said it all, that the old Anurag will never come back. So what Prerna mourns now is the man he once was, THAT was the man she loves. When she understands that the Anurag before her is no longer the one she had been in love with, and that she no longer knows how to move forward with this changed version of him, is when she'll be able to break the hold he has on her.
Very well said, in real lives, nothing is absolute! The best part is people change, feelings change and they transform and metamorphose into different beings at different circumstances.
I have always believed that you can love many people at the same time, itβs not necessary that they have to be romantic liaisons. According to Sternbergβs theory of love, a CONSUMMATE love needs three components:
1. Passion
2. Intimacy
3. Commitment
PrerRish neither have passion nor intimacy, this track will give them a step ahead. Intimacy here is not physical closeness but mental liaisons. This track will give them emotional intimacy, it will be a conversation starter. They need something to MOVE on and this shall give them the reason to.
