They have had little significant moments here and there, but like the old Prerna, she runs back to Anurag at the first sign of distress. This isn't a setback, it's a step forward. Anupam's careful words to Nivi said it all, that the old Anurag will never come back. So what Prerna mourns now is the man he once was, THAT was the man she loves. When she understands that the Anurag before her is no longer the one she had been in love with, and that she no longer knows how to move forward with this changed version of him, is when she'll be able to break the hold he has on her.

Also, during the Arti, Anurag and Kukki did it. Seems like a plausible situation where, he will step as her guardian and get her the rights of a Basu grandchild. ( Bajaj is a Basu- this is written for sure).

There was a pinched and angsty expression of Moloy when he watched Kukki and Anurag do the Arti. It was there for a fraction of a second, but it was there. Rishabh is Basu for sure and bloodlines lead to a lot of confusion!

I know it’s quite against the popular sentiment but the WRONGED son and his angst is a great story angle!

I want to see Anurag’s expression when this track unfolds. Life served him everything on a golden platter except for the fact that his One TRUE love belongs to the man on whose behest, he was bestowed all the love and legal rights of his family. You keep the family but I have the girl! UNFAIR but SAVAGE and angsty.

For centuries, women have been sadly used for REVENGE and guess what centuries later, it still holds true. I feel really SAD for a Prerna ( unpopular again ), the impulsive foolish woman who gets trapped in this messy world of men with power and vengeance!
