It's still not known whose body was burnt to be manipulated as, it was Ronit who was killed so that Anu could be trapped. Bajaj knew that Anu could be easily bailed out if it was only the charges of burning the factory upon him. Infact Anu was about to be bailed out when the police came up with the murder charges. In the Swiss track it was shown how Ronit was about to confess about how he had joined hands with Bajaj to trap Anu, only to be silenced by Bajaj using his nerve trick.

And some has the audacity to say that Bajaj didn't trap Anu. Just because Pre said that Anu should not have followed Ronit that day, we viewers are not fools to forget what really happened on that day. Anu following Ronit and burning the factory was not the real trap. Arranging a charred body in the burnt factory when Anu was about to be bailed out was the real trap and any school kid can understand it was a joint decision of Bajaj & Ronit.

Just because EK likes dark characters more, it doesn't mean we will swallow whatever she dishes out to us.
