Wish ppl had read a post by a newbie here when there were lengthy discussions about blackmail. She very clearly wrote about the diff between deal and blackmail having dealt with situations in real life.

It’s a dangerous thing to give in to the idea blackmail has to have a certain threatening face to it. What is dangerous about the kind of blackmail that RB did with Pre is it’s subtlety. The important and most dangerous part is that she was tricked into believing that she had a choice. She was made an offer without him disclosing information (CCTV footage) he had at his disposal that would have set Anu free. He basically said take my offer of marriage and Anu will be free. The implication is loud and clear, you walk away from the offer and Anu rots in the slammer or worse yet gets the death sentence.

The fact is that he withheld info from Pre that would set Anu free making his offer a moot point.

Let’s not join CVs in whitwashing RB as a deal maker , let’s call it what it is...blackmail plain and simple as defined in the dictionary and under the law.

Whether RB aided and abetted Ronit in setting Anu up is unclear.

A deal is made with parties exchanging and disclosing pertinent information and can be broken by mutual consent or due to violation of agreed upon terms by either party.

In blackmail the striking part is that RB led Pre to believe she has free will to make the choice. But the sword hanging over her was that if she walked away from his offer of marriage Anu would pay the price.

Hope ppl understand the subtlety of blackmail so they will know to protect themselves. Being an ostrich about it doesn’t change blackmail into a deal.

I literally dont get it why people tries to act blind when it comes to RB character. It is clearly a wrong deed even if you call it a deal.

He knew she was pregnant..he knew she loved someone yet encourages her to marry him.. still people think it's not a crime lol.

I am telling you..if Pre really settle with him and fall for him this time..my respect for her character will always be tarnished.

Forget I am Onu fan but being a women in 2019 I cant buy that. How can you justify his deeds as a selfish and cruel act.

Plus I am struggling to understand as a women of Pre character. I literally cant come with her as a women of 2019. I am trying to be neutral. But I have not seen any sign of ethics and moral in her character.

How quickly she is acting as a wife is beyond imaginable. Agreed it is sacrifice or even say.. she might still be scared for her so called lover..but to act as a puppet and act as wife straight away is soo disgusting.

Which is y for me her character is dead now. Neither pregnant women can connect with her..neither women who struggle to be mom will connect with her..neither lovers will connect with, neither a mom can connect with her and neither women fighting for equality and women empowerment will connect with her.

For me her character is has written so badly for some groups of audiance in 2019 is hard to digest.

Dude it was not force marriage its a deal and I dont need bajaj because I have brain I can earn for myself and I don't need marriage or a money wala husband to live my life ,I can live happily with my family working day and night for them without getting ready to marry molestor for money or I also don't need to marry bajaj to save my lover I can use brain to save him without selling or doing nonsense deal with any one.

Last accepted anupre are dumbo and bajaj is grey he will not be good boy .

Prerna and Bajaj are totally a NO NO for me.

I have no idea why people are rooting them after the manipulation level Bajaj showed. Just because he has a kid, justifys everything? I love KSG but there is no way I'm going to root for such a couple who is based on blackmailing. And it was not a deal, it was a blackmail cause Prerna didn't see any other way out. Bajaj let her feel first that she is going to win and the DNA reports? Is everyone going to ignore how those matched with Ronit?

It's sad to see how they spoiled AnuPre relationship and are destroying both their characters slowly.
