Good post. Less SS doesn't help build a central character fluidly. It always needs effort from audience side to correlate the previous scenes/story.

@bold: has P ever voiced out to herself or anybody else that she expects RB to not have any kids? I haven't watched every scene so I don't know.

If not, then, I think she would expect or rather would not be shocked if RB introduces his daughter to her as she knows RB is currently old enough to have been married in the past.

Regarding whether he should have informed her before marrying, yes that is debatable if u go by right vs wrong. And that is again perceptive.

Seperating a (unborn) child and the parents is definitely a BIG NO. But then this story has never given importance to this angle and the father and mother both are equally shown to be highly irresponsible. So strictly speaking in terms of the story here, maybe the kid deserves a better home?

writers pe none of us have any bharosa .. they are pro at ruining bana banaya khel

morally and ethically he "may be" wrong .. but from the technical aspect of "deal" he isn't ..

see right from the start .. Bajaj always said if you want to win don't reveal all your cards .. in that poker game .. and for any revelation he waits for "sahi samay" .. him not revealing about his kids and ex wife was foreshadowing all the way .. that's how his character ramp up has been so far

I donno if Prerna still thinks he is a bachelor as we were never shown that angle .. and I really hope there is more than sneha for the marriage .....

Prerna told Anurag that day, the richest bachelor of the city proposed to marry me & I said yes.

She clearly thinks he is the bachelor.

In this case his daughter isn't a pawn & considering how she is special child, Prerna should have known about the child for a healthy start. Hiding this doesn't bode well on Bajaj's part here, to assume that a woman would be fine to mother his child just because he thought so.

Agreed. Sneha shouldn't have been hid till now. The way Prerna revealed her pregnancy, he should've revealed Sneha. But the point is Bajaj wanted the marriage at any cost and Prerna was trying to dissuade him. I'd give him more time, after they returned, and still he doesn't reveal then I'll be mad.

The whole point is, this ain't a marriage, but a deal. But again, Bajaj's purpose of marrying her was shown to be A's destruction. Now, if suddenly he did it all for Sneha, it'll look so absurd and weird.

yesss it was all a deal hence ..... and he is apparently grey character who just played a game .. like he did in business or poker .. not wanting to be "right " but win !

even one thing Prerna kabhi bajaj ko unke life ke bare mai question bhi nei kia, agar bajaj ke personal life ke bare mai ques karte toh shahed bajaj uske bare mai thode batate.. prerna always wanted anurag's security , she was not interested about bajaj's life .. but prerna should. cos she was going to lead her rest life with that person ,..

In relation to a lot of posts I read ^, Bajaj is self-conceited, self-absorbed, confident, assured to the point he thinks no one can be more right than himself. He believes if something is important to him, it is deemed to be of generic importance irrespective of how trivial it could be to others.

He also gets affronted when he's targeted, courtesy the scenes where Prerna told him off.

And he follows his own scruples and has his own dictionary where he's defined what is using people and what is respecting them. According to him, whatever is happening is based on his own definition. So even if he does spring Sneha up on Prerna out of the blue, it goes with his character. Bajaj can be completely wrong - I can deal with Bajaj doing something wrong, but if it is consistent with the largeness of the character they have built. His one-liners are much more than just swag-filled lines. They have helped shape a persona which is clearly larger than life, and now to have him go against his own words and act not according to his original character is unacceptable.

There has to be some flashback between the green saree day and the white saree day, where he tells her why or how he picked her for the project. I don't care if what he said was a bluff and he did it to pacify her and his intention was indeed to bring down Anurag by using his lover, but there should be some explanation. They can't just go from I hate you to let me order food for you in two days with no decent explanation.

First time- I am impressed by your loyalty for anurag.

Second time- He gave that loyalty & rare possession excuse.

Third time- Again the same excuse of loyalty & rare possession.

Fourth time- I have not married you for business or for my personal intimacy & you will know the reason at right time.

4 times, he had refused to answer the question & sidelined it by fancy lines. Prerna did her job of asking the question directly & Bajaj conveniently chose to not answer it directly, even when he should have answered such crucial detail without giving excuse of the right time.

I wonder what does he think would be the right time to reveal that he has a daughter.

no no , i am not asking the reason .. prerna never wanted to know about bajaj and his personal life. she was only interested about his motive which is related to anurag ... she never asked.. you are 44 aged person , r u married ? she should.. cos isi age mai rarely koi unmarried hote hai .. why prerna considered as bachelor without knowing or asking? kaun kaun bajaj ke family mai hai , she dint ask a single question when the stuffs attend the marriage , not a single fam member there... she was always in anurag world that time.. it is ok , it could be justified cos prerna was not on that state that time.. but i feel she should.. if she asked about bajaj's family ., it would be interesting that how bajaj would disclose his first marriage ...if he would hide or lie ?
