Let's see how they plan to develop other aspects of his personality beyond his business persona...We haven't really got any hint of how he is in personal space...

Exactly. So I am waiting for it. Coz it's pretty clear that his demeanor is acquired, very skilfully acquired. And that's why it is intriguing.

I agree with every bit of it, I expected emotional drama from Prerna but her dialogues did not make any sense to me. She is doing this for Anurag, she is doing this because she promised something to Kakima. Ok, good for you but why do you think Bajaj would care? Prerna telling him news of her baby, like that baby is someone Bajaj should be ashamed of, I did not get that part

Bajaj's dialogues were better and the whole scene was like lion trapping mouse's tail under his toenail in his den. Effortless.

Even I love the way she cries

Thanks to kzk... Bcz of this I come to know she can cry beautifully ......but roz roz 😆

I hope CVS understand she can do other things also

She impressed me with every possible emotion in KRPKAB. She nailed every scene, every emotion there. I remember crying when she & Shaheer used to cry in that show with those dialogues that hit you hard. It was that impactful. But here, they could have toned down the dialogues a little for Prerna in this confrontation. Individually, they are great actors but together, Bajrag scene was more impactful than Prejaj, solely because of dialogues & Prerna's display of extremw vulnerability to Bajaj.

Opposite Bajaj with his uber cool attitude, Prerna came out as cringy & unbearable to watch. I had expected fiery Prerna in this confrontation, not someone who would be an open book of weakness with her constant rant of I would do anything Anurag with that sheer crying & helpless face. That face made her look submissive and not someone who would be willing to sacrifice for her love. Here I am forced to recall Prerna 1 in the exact same situation who maintained her demeanor.

Bajaj's character is fascinating only because he has relative morality scale. That's what makes him grey & intriguing. In one scene he proposes such a deal to a woman to exploit her vulnerability, in the next scene he doesn't go all out to destroy Basus when he has chance. He actually waits for Prerna's decision as he is confident that she will change her mind. On that, he agrees to help Ronit on his conditions that will make sure he ends up actually helping Prerna as promised. Bajaj doesn't know about Ronit whereabouts but he still played a game here knowing that it would end in the exact same way he wants. His aura, dialogues & demeanor is cherry on the top which makes you want to root for other shades to his character.

This shadiness is the intrigue & makes viewers like me want more who absolutely enjoys such characters.

Agreed. I had expected fiery Prerna & not someone who was a open book of weakness to Bajaj. The dialogues were not good as well. That's why I found Bajrag scene to be more interesting than this one as it was more subtle. But then I understand that Anurag wasn't proposed such a deal but Prerna had lost it before she was even proposed the deal. The way she demanded papers & Bajaj laughing it off showed on how naive Prerna is for bajaj & how controlled he is & her rant despite being warned multiple times further reinforces this. Prerna didn't listen to a single detail Bajaj mentioned & drove off when she should have paid attention to that. Bajaj is the kind of man who would bring the best, the worst & the grey in every character he would deal with.

Bajaj's behavior in today's episode actually establishes that he is a grey character with a twisted moral compass ofcourse. He is not villain as many would like to think. He is not white either. He fits perfectly on grey. That's the intrigue about him.

Given the shoddy writing, I was mildly surprised by today's episode. I think they did a great job at conveying Bajaj's complex morality scale. Also making sure that this doesn't come off as a blackmail.

It's an offer pure and simple. He didn't trap Anurag. Not that he's doing anything to help get him released. He's simply being a bystander. And since Prerna approached him to get Anurag released, he's put an offer on the table for the privilege of his assistance. Quid pro quo. Give and take.

He obviously thinks a few steps ahead and has reached a relatively stable conclusion that Prerna WILL come for his help.

Coming back to the topic, I agree 100%. BajajxAnurag have this fierce balance of wills that's just so much more interesting to watch. I hope Prerna comes into her own, drops the mahaan heavy dialogues ASAP, and brings the same fierce but realistic attitude to the table. I don't enjoy faaltu ka tashan either and so I hope it's organic. And not loaded with symbolism music, heavy dialogues and artifice.

For now Bajaj intrigues me. I love how unscrupulous and shrewd he is. He can be ruthless when it serves him but he does have a moral scale he uses to tailor his actions and judge himself. He can go either way from here. I'm interested in the journey.

Exactly. Makers nicely reinforce that Bajaj is a grey character. He gave necessary details which Prerna didn't take & played a game to use the situation to his advantage. He didn't cause it but he knows how to crack it for himself. He played a gamble here & he has already seen all the cards & is confident to win. What Prerna doesn't realize is that this is not a man who deters so easily once he has stated something. So revelation of pregnancy to Bajaj was good attempt on her part as she thinks Bajaj is like every other man who would back out. But Bajaj has got a depth in him that Prerna hasn't seen yet. His twisted moral compass makes him intriguing & different & allows him to take decisions easily which inflexible moral people can't do.

Mr. Bajaj spelled out her weakness to her, she did not pay heed to his repeated warnings. Looks like they picked up a few lines from forum about this being a deal and none forcing Prerna to accept it 😆 or forum members were intuitive enough to decipher it. Regardless, yesterday's episode gave us the information we needed to understand Mr. Bajaj.

@Bold : Everyone warned me not to expect a well written grey character from Ekta show, if this episode is how they will take on Mr. Bajaj, I am very excited for it.
