Looks like they picked up a few lines from forum about this being a deal and none forcing Prerna to accept it 😆 or forum members were intuitive enough to decipher it. Regardless, yesterday's episode gave us the information we needed to understand Mr. Bajaj.

@Bold : Everyone warned me not to expect a well written grey character from Ekta show, if this episode is how they will take on Mr. Bajaj, I am very excited for it.

Ekta can write a well-written grey character for sure. Bajaj was first of her grey-characters. Then Natasha & Rajat in Bade Ache Lagte Hain were also grey characters. There are more from her which I can't recall.

But in recent years, she hasn't come up witj grey characters in any of her TV shows, so Bajaj is a sigh of relief & interesting watch from her. So far,he is good & I wish that he isn't destroyed. But since KSG isn't likely to stick to this role beyond one year, Bajaj may be a limited watch for us this time.

BajRag was fire, legit fire. Anurag was composed, held his ground, concise & in control of himself. Anurag could see through Bajaj a bit in his first meeting. With one meet, he knew what this man exactly was. That's why he warned everyone about him rightly. It was practical & looked real. That's how enemies are confronted in business world.

PreJaj was meehh. She was exact opposite of what Anurag was. I know women are emotional but come on now. We have seen Prerna in Komo track. She used to be composed & in control of herself against smug faced Komo. With Bajaj, she was an open book of weakness despite being warned repeatedly, that Bajaj cunningly used for his own advantage. Prerna should have stopped herself when Bajaj warned her for the first time. That's the first clue to be careful. Either Prerna is being deliberately dumb here to not see the kind of man Bajaj is or she doesn't want to see. Bajaj isn't Anu, Mohini or even Komo. He doesn't lose his cool even under stress, his actual power is in his ability to listen to other side & keep silent unless he needs to speak. One look at him is enough to catch a glimpse of his shadyness.

As for Bajaj, he is shady but he has his own compromised morals. He could have agreed to Ronit but he didn't. He actually waited to have response to his proposal even when Prerna said NO on his face. He was honest about Ronit to Prerna. He even delayed making a public announcement of taking over Basus until Prerna's response is final. He knows that Ronit is desperate for his help & so is Prerna. He didn't cause this situation but he is using it for his advantage. He would wait for Prerna to agree to his proposal, then he will agree to Ronit's proposal & take him into confidence. And that's how Ronit's truth will be out & Anu will be out of jail. It's a different story that Ronit would manage to escape to Switzerland. Bajaj doesn't want to save Ronit, infact he doesn't care about him, he too wants him in jail but on his own conditions. The shady part here is Bajaj delaying Ronit's arrest unless he achieves his goal of destroying Anu completely.

Arshi....👍🏼 for such a well written post, though i feel that the hectic work schedule would be affecting Eri's acting in the current scenes, which makes it look like she is not interested in the scenes.

But, i would indeed thank you for this post, especially the bolded part, because, it has somewhat brought back in me the interest to watch the show, which otherwise as an Eri fan was feeling disappointed after watching the makers playing with Prerna's character. And i must say, till now KSG has succeeded in portraying the cool yet badass and masterminded businessman very well. Let's see how EK and team is going to unfold the other layers of Mr.Bajaj and how it takes the story forward.
