lmao then what's the point of any show or discussing any show if you're going to say that. People make shows and movies reflecting real life. And what happens on movies and shows do affect real life people to a certain extent. It's not smart to deflect real critical points made by people by saying the show is not real. Of course we know the show is not real but the points made by it shows reality. The classism Mohini portrays is real, the manipulation of a businessman is real, Ronit being psycho and forcing Shivani to marry him is real, Naveen forcing Prerna to marry him because he finds her attractive is real. Prerna and Anurag being friends first and falling in love is real. The execution of this show is piss poor but the issues are real. So yeah I'm searching for morality when people want Anurag and Sneha to be together, even tho it's after a 10 year leap. Anurag knows Sneha now, he treats her like the child that she is, and people making comments about what ifs about the two of them getting together romatically/sexually is morally abhorrent.

In that case even Anurag has done a lot of questionable stuff, I hope real life men don’t learn from him

Saying this makes it a criminal offence? If she accepts it, it's willing acceptance. Offering an indecent proposal doesn't make it illegal. You are being super insistent on this, tell me which law, and where in IPC this is mentioned that an indecent proposal is illegal. Coz a proposal is not legally binding unless accepted. And it can be contested only if the accepting party files a petition.

Dont bother about these comments .

If we leave anu pre love story aside and assume that prerna met mr bajaj and fall in love with him , will it be judged like the way its being judged now ?

I know..its morally wrong to offer a woman such a deal, knowing that she loves someone else ..but looking it at from age pov is totally absurd. Mr bajaj cud be 5 or 10 yrs elder to prerna and still offer the th3 same deal..ronit cud do that..komo did it..why bring in the age issue ? Its irrelevant. Also comparing bajaj with naveen is appalling...making bajaj older.is ektas perspective ..she wanna tell her story that way.. . Who said bajaj is a hero ? Nobody is a hero here nor heroine ..

Nothing is real on tv , ektas shows r not meant to be taken seriously. She herself says its for entertainment not give morality lessons.

I will still judge the relationship between Prerna and Bajaj with a critical eye still because I still feel some type of way about the age gap. But, if the relationship was healthy and Bajaj was not taking advantage of Prerna then yeah im all for it. But that's not what's happening. I honestly don't even care about the age. It's how the relationship is being formed, the very foundation of it is murky at best. I would never start a relationship like that with a guy and expect to live a happy live with the said guy.

Whether you say it's for real or not people still feel emotionally connected to the show. As a woman, I think Prerna being reduced to a simple love interest and her identity only being tied to ANurag or her family makes me feel sad. As a woman, although Komolika was shown to be smart and intelligent, she was still reduced to her identity being tied with Anurag or having other men oogling at her makes me sad. As a person who doesn't have a lot of money, seeing Mohini and Nivedita (until very recently) constantly berate poor people and look at them less than human makes me sad. I don't watch shows to be completely disconnected from reality. Yeah it's for entertainment purpose but portraying women in such one dimensional way makes me wish things were different.

I did. It's the Sarda Act of 1930 and it's a child marriage restraint act. So unless you are talking about some other act that makes indecent proposals like illegal and not even voidable (I'd accept voidable), this point is moot.

Thank you very much. 😆 Some random Act, anything becomes illegal. What the hell man. 😆 Television and their legality or the lack of it has corrupted people's minds.

Am amazed and disgusted by some people thinking. If you people are obsessed with so called love saga of Anupre. But it doesn’t mean you can drag 8 years child in between this. Prerna and bajaj both are meeting with each other as a ADULT.
