It’s about perspective. Prerna is never shown to be interested in running a business . She may have tried it to teach anurag a lesson the way she tries to study economics to get a job and help her father. Her life may change in the future and circumstances may take her in a different direction. After it happens in real life as well. Nivedita is a different matter. She has worked hard all her life to lead the business and is shown to make the business her entire life. So then to completely ignore her while her little brother is shown to struggle with he business is ridiculous. Especially for a woman who runs one of the most successful movie and TV houses in India.
