So it’s begun. The great whitewashing of Anurag.

Explanation 1 - you were in so much pain so I didn’t tell you about Rajesh. Errrr is that why you decided to increase her pain by marrying Komolika without any explanation? Is that why you joined your family in insulting her and Rajesh in public? Was this part of your pain protection theory?

So Writers, what’s the deal? Are we going to ignore everything he did just like you make him never remember the sex? Maybe even have prerna apologise to him? That would be fun, wouldn’t it?

To me this is a bit like how you take a light skinned Parth and dip him job foundation everyday? Do you need it? No! But you do her anyway such that it hard is in some scenes to see the foundation. It’s the same way with Anruag. Does everything wrong he did need to be whitewashed? No. He can said I misjudged the situation, I thought it would make you hate me, i didn’t realise how much I was hurting you, my intentions were right but my way of doing it was wrong, I’m sorry. Etc etc. We would all love that about him. It not necessary to make him a demi-god and prerna tbe constant punching bag of the Basu ladies and anurag. Except maybe tbe starplus insta ladies and ardent Parth fans. everyone else wants to see a balanced end to this saga.

We have to keep our expectations low on that as they wont give us the redemption Anu needs.. Everything we will be brushed off under the carpet like it happened with previous BT ML..

Out of everything, Anu has no right to say that he has been saving her from pain or been supporting her.. Every time I watch the confessions sequence and the promise he made the next day to Pre and to Veena Ma my blood boils... We dont have short memory and we will not forget that..

All the promises that were made to remove her insecurities.. He broke all of that..

ok I agree Komo might hurt her or kill her but thats only once right, Anu is killing her every day instalment.. The mental abuse, the humiliations, the pain, the confusions, everything..

he needs to stop saying I Love You as this means nothing anymore.. she deserves the truth..

Anurag has never understood Prerna.. Prerna is this type of girl who would happily die being in love with him and to be loved back rather than living a lifeless life where Anurag isnt with her.. Pre would happily pick 2 days with him rather than a lifetime without him!

Sometimes I feel this Anurag doesn't even know who prerna is.

Hurting and humiliating someone just to 'save her" , makes no sense to me.

Anurag is the male lead, and obviously will be whitewashed. This is nothing compared to how much Bajaj (if there is Bajaj this season )will be whitewashed and put on pedestal.

If I was Prerna, I would leave Anurag. But since this is a show , Anu-Pre have to be together for sometime before seperating forever !

Yes this is because of the Indian obsession with skin colour. Its beyond me - especially when you read articles or aunties differentiating between light wheat colour, dark wheatish, fair skinned, dark skinned, very dark etc.

Its all just shades of brown! Own it!

He was getting angry with her today saying you don't know what Ive been going through? Really mate? You've been hitting out at her saying you love Komo. You've also been living in your comfortable house with your parents asking her to move on. Not just asking her but WANTING her to move on in your mind as well.

You also were thoughtful enough to protect you father from a potential killer. But when it came to Prerna, you could not be that thoughtful. You just jumped into marriage!

it honestly makes me wanna throw up. It's disgusting how easily Anurag is let off the hook for being an absolute dbag. He was hurting? Okay but what the fudge was stopping him from letting Prerna know what he was doing? You're gonna tell me he went from wanting to spend the rest of his life with Prerna to humiliating her, taunting her, lying to her, and pushing her away because of her "safety"? Anurag can go fudge himself for all I care. I honestly did not expect him to be this bad of a character?
