What if mishka exchange those papers with something else? Like maybe marriage registration papers for anurag and prerna? Would she have the sense to do that?

Btw what exactly was anurag's inner dialogue during the sindoor scene? Was she scared of upsetting prerna and komo if he put or didn't put sindoor or was it that he didn't want to put sindoor?

He was basically like oh shit, if I don't put sindoor, both Prerna and Komo will get to know that he is faking so he better put sindoor for MS wali biwi
