I think this was taken at the time of the fire accident in Basu house . That's why she wearing Parth's jacket as she was wearing sleeveless blouse . She had that puffed up hairstyle only during those scenes . don't know if I'm guessing correctly.

No.. it's current epidodes shooting.. the defender fan encounter pics had parth in this shirt.. plus his hairstyle is the current.one..
