As per Shivani's statement and Ronit's flashback they had consensual sex. Then why the rape allegation? Did I miss something?

I think as per indian law even if its consensual if later the guy withdraws any promise of marriage then that is termed as rape..

If I am not wrong, in India a girl can file a case of rape against a man if he promises marriage in return of sex and goes back on his words.Doesnt matter if it's consensual

Filling for rape was actually a very logical decision by AnuPre.
I am shocked that for once the creatives showed logic even if chances are it was by mistake 😆

Yeah it was dat only..it's morally wrong but u can't put someone behind the bars if it is mutual...dats not considered as crime...
