This is the latest piece of drama in the popular show Kasauti Zindagi Kay. The main leads, that is, Prerna and Bajaj, have been facing turbulent times in the show. From a severe accident that left Bajaj in a coma and Prerna without her memory, the twists in the tale have had viewers hooked. Now, Prerna will bump off her husband Rishabh Bajaj.

The character, who is suffering from partial amnesia, only recalls that she is married to Anurag Basu. Their divorce and her subsequent marriage to Bajaj are events that she has completely forgotten. She will now begin to get insecure about her first husband and once again, want to spend the rest of her life with him. As she turns obsessive possessive about Anurag, her desire to have him to herself will seed the idea of murdering Bajaj in her mind. The creative team has already begun working on this crucial scene. "This is to get a thriller twist in the show. It will also lead to some exciting events in the serial," confirms producer Ekta Kapoor.
Ronit Roy (Mr. Bajaj), who has just shot for the promo, says: "I knew that some character in the show would try to murder Bajaj but it was supposed to be a suspense kind of a thing. I myself didn't know that it would be Prerna. I've not been shooting for Kasauti for some days now (he's supposed to be in a coma), so I'm unaware of the developments. If Ekta has decided to take on some new angle, rest assured that it will be damn exciting." This particular scene will be telecast around the end of August. The promos of the thriller episode will be on air from this week onwards.
